HI Guys, Our local Toyworld is having a sale next week and I am looking at getting the 42000 and using it mainly for parts. My question is can you use the rear axle and front together and have Front wheel drive with steering. I am not just buying it for just that but also other parts for future MOC's

I'm kicking myself too for not buying one when I had the chance. Some shops in the Wellington area always have old stock that just hangs around and takes ages to sell. that's about the only good thing of being in NZ we get new stock last and it takes ages to sell unlees its a hot item like the Emerald.

Really cool, Reminds me of the Fell engines between Featherstone and Wellington (Rimutaka incline). Have biked over that track a number of times .

W-House in Johnsonville has technic 8042 on reduce to clear for $29.00. I can't remember the cents but it was under $30. They have around 8-9 when I was there today.

Hi Guys, Been on here for a while but never posted a MOC. Here is a low loader idea that I have been playing around with on LDD.

Lego did make a truck and trailer, 8872 this to me should be made again as other models have been rebuilt in the past. However this trailer you have built is great.

I was lucky to have the day off when Big W had its toy sale in 09 and was able to buy two sets, One to keep and one to open. This was when I was livng in Melb but I only got the last two sets. I think this was a good set and I was please I got it in oz as New Zealand would of been $120 plus.

Hello people, My name is Pigpen (Joe). The Nic comes from when I was a little boy thanks to my mum. Any how, I have been collecting Lego City and Technic for a number of year now. Sadly this will come to a quiet patch as I have a wee one on the way and he or she will require my time and money, dont get me wrong I am loving the idea of been a dad. I have been on this site for about 6 months watching and reading posts for ideas and to see what is out there. As for my collection I manly go for Heavy transport in both city and technic and try to buy two sets where I can(city), one to build and one to keep boxed for a rainy day.
