Yup, he was voiced by English Peter Serafinowicz in TPM, but American Sam Witwer in TCW . I think he talks to much in TCW, the silent version in TPM was much more intimidating. However if he is to become a recurring character, he may regain more of his mystery. And maybe a shirt .
