Obi-wan's Jedi Starfighter (Clone Wars Version) MOC
Mr Man replied to augustus's topic in LEGO Star Wars
It looks good, though I've always preferred the AOTC version of this ship. -
It didn't, it exists in parallel. They only have the rights for the 2009 film, not any of the classic ones though.

Really it's that suspenseful . Hmm patience youngling .

Gambit's small isn't much of a surprise, as only Professor X, Magneto, Wolverine, Sabretooth, and Jean Grey could be classed as main characters, with everyone else as supporting roles of varying sizes. That's the problem with X-Men, there is too many characters, that's also why The Avengers wasn't as good as the individual films, and why Spider Man 3 was crap.

She is the closest olympian to me geographically (Leeds), and she trained in the boxing centre in Bradford. Yorkshire coming 11th in the medal tables is really good. That will show London it's not just their games .

Really? Could you imaging anyone else playing Magneto, Professor X or Wolverine. The current series is very highly successful, no need to reboot it. SW has more inconsistencies in it's run that X-Men, still no reboot for that .

Wow, fantastic, the fact that this is modular makes it so much better. Great design on the fighters as well.

Looks great , I'm guessing that's a shot of the non Blue-Ray edition of the palace .

, My point still stands .

I'm getting it for my birthday, so hang on a couple of days. That been said I didn't think that the original cut was the worst Marvel film ever (Electra, Hulk, Swamp Thing, and Ghost Rider II).

Alpha 3 Nimbus Class Starfighter (The V-wing)
Mr Man replied to Commander Colt's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Incredible MOC, the V-Wing is my favourite small ship from SW, and you're MOC is a great representation of it. -
I thought the presentation of Juggernaut and Gambit was great, especialy Juggernaut. As for Cyclops's death, there is still X-4.
-
A new time line , that would be worse than a reboot, it's not story changing things, just small bits like Xavier's and Eric's age upon meeting (15 in X-1 ,30's in FC) or character relations (Mystique and Xavier been almost siblings, to hardly acknowledging each other in the other films) or Xavier's legs (wheelchair at the end of FC, walking at the end of Wolverine, and flashback in X-3).

Ah I see, my history of non film Marvel productions is shaky at best . As long as they manage to maintain consistency with existing X-Men films, I'll be happy. First Class made some annoying errors that made it a bit jarring to watch at times. Don't Sony now have the rights to Daredevil and FF? I think FF would work in the same universe as SM, but DD would work better with the Avengers universe.

Could they manage to play it without accidental strapping on some armour and picking up the ball . We are doing so well this time. Maybe with a big push we could overtake the US, but it's really now a competition to see who comes second to China .
-
Excellent funnys guys.

If it's Wimbledon time, then Wimbledon . Definitely the Home Olympics, it's only every 4 years and the chance to host it 3 times is fantastic.

Up from 23rd 2 days ago .

Yup he does, he uses bits of it in LOTR.
-
He can use them, he has the rights to all the Tolkien written books. He did use content from the Appendices and Unfinished Tales in LOTR.

Gold in the boat thing (I'm down with sport aren't I ), but only Mr Sideburns gets headlines .

Doctor Who, Torchwood, Sarah Jane Adventures...
Mr Man replied to The Kid's topic in Culture & Multimedia
Now that is looking good . -
FANTASTIC! . I've no idea who Malekith is, but hey. A large amount of English actors in DC and Marvel films now. 'Days of Future Past' Hmm, is that the one with Bishop etc in. Damn time travel.
