Just wanted to say I enjoyed this model and this got me back into lego. I had the original star wars lego sets but that was it. I saw this set and bought it along with red 5 x wing ucs, obi wan's ucs fighter and the ucs tie that came out in may.

I have seen bricks that will turn you white.

Awsome job. I remember getting that game for my birthday back in the day. I was so excited and loved that game and that series.

I love this ucs ship and really want to briclink one but I think I will have to wait a while. I just spent some money on master replicas limited edition yoda revenge of the sith saber and anakin skywalker revenge of the sith lightsaber replicas.

Yep he is a troll. He constantly bashes lego possibly charging $350 for this and says stuff like no set is worth that amount of money then in the doctor who threads he says he would pay any amount if lego would release a specific doctor who set.

If you do not collect modulars I can see where you think it is not a huge announcement. But it is for those that collect them. I myself do not collect them. Only have star wars ucs sets and the ecto 1 but want the gb hq but I still consider the brick bank to be their big announcement.

Lego did announce the modular brick bank this weekend with the jan 2016 release so I think that was what they were referring to.

Looks like no gb hq this jan. Anyways, modular brick bank announced for this jan. Set number 10251.

Nycc starts tomorrow. I am hoping we find out tomorrow.

I was thinking the same thing. If it is a January 2016, I think they would reveal it at nycc but if it is not until July then I think they will announce it at a later time.

I hope they do a printed piece for the sign and include both the gb1 and gb2 sign printed piece.

Or it could still be getting released on Jan 1st. We will just have to wait and find out.

Well you could say the station wagon is just as iconic as Homers car. Truth is their cars are just not that iconic compared to a lot of other stuff in the Simpsons where as the ghostbusters car is more iconic to the movies.

I see that that the lego dimensions slimer pack is listed as release date of march 2016 and marshmallow man pack of may 2016 on some websites. Maybe they will have those mini figs in the headquarters set. It makes sense that those release dates are later if they are going to include those in the headquarters set that way people would have to buy the big set to get them at first.

Well hopefully we see some pictures of this soon. I already know I am getting this but I can't wait to see what it will loom like.

If the jan. 1st 2016 release date is true I will just go to the lego store at my mall on opening to pick it up as I will have it off for the holiday.
