  1. Moments after Swintocs announcement to accept refugees, many have already began the transition process. Built for a speedy transition for all refugees, the border is not without its defenses. Guard dogs sniff for any problems, while fences and weapons keep people from swarming the checkpoint. Papers please. While almost every refugee from Xenor has had the borders open to them, some of Xenor's more unwanted and lucrative citizens will have to resort to more shady methods to gain entry. Off-duty Swintocian guards can be seen here enjoying their lives, a stark contrast to the rest of the brick world.
  2. Good evening. My name is David Baker, the president of Swintoc. It is my privilege that I can announce starting immediately the borders of Swintoc are open to all asylum seekers. Countries such as Xenor have taken advantage of an already shaken world and knocked her off her feet. The humanitarian crisis that will come out of reckless action needs to be solved before there is nothing left fighting over. While many may criticize the risk I put my country in by doing this, I would say remember, Swintoc are a nation of people, not of Machine, Religion, Politics, or other corrupt practices. Lastly I would urge every other countrys leaders, soldiers, and people, to not direct you focus on the minifigs under a corrupt leadership, and to remember you are not too different from one another.
  3. Entries #5 and #11.
  4. Love that MRAP.
  5. At the brink of war the Swintocian government launched Operation Relay. A relay system spanning the whole of the Swintocian border. The men stationed at these outposts would have to be prepared to go weeks on end without any outside assistance, always keeping their beacons online and scanning the surrounding area for intruders. Lets take a closer look at one of these outposts. Looks like we have come at a wrong time. The recent blizzards combined with the constant snap freezes Has caused these cables to snap, if our technician does not fix it soon the whole Swintocian army will come bearing down on his location. As these outposts are made to be held year around these wind breaks are not an uncommon occurrence. These scout vehicles are also of utmost importance to the safety of Swintoc. It appears one of the privates has left the door open. The base has enough room and supplies for ten men to stay up too four months without outside assistance. One of the last sources of entertainment for Swintoc's finest.
  6. Sorry about any problems my absence caused, but I have returned and look forward to building some more. My apologies.
  7. That jeep is fantastic.
  8. Looks pretty good, glad too see you got some brick arms.
  9. Journal entry 1, 4/16/17 As a young child every Swintocian wants to join the military, everyone has a different reason, some see it as a way to escape the factories, others as a way to make there name known, but in the end no matter your reason, you are all united under one banner. With growing civil unrest in countries abroad the Swintoc government has been fast tracking recruits through boot camp, and sticking them in the tunnels, where there are given an option, dig your way out, or return to your home branded a coward. A few lucky recruits (usually from a higher class) are given actual weapons and spend there days marching through the jungle, dodging snakes, and eventually bullets. And finally there is the officers, who will swear up and down that utvs are for the defense of the unit. The paths these new units are trailblazing are hoped to give an advantage to the infrastructure of Swintoc in the future, although environmentalists have voiced there concerns(then mysteriously disappeared) the leaders of Swintoc will continue to create roads over and under the jungle. Swintoc might not be the best place in the world, but it is our home, and we are willing to defend it to the last man, if you ever come near the Swintoc border you might be lucky enough (or unlucky) to hear a unit singing as they merrily defend there home. Silvasio, C&C welcome (sorry about the grainy photos, I still need to get a new camera.)
  10. Yea thanks.
  11. Swintoc Ambassador to the Brick of Nations, General Filip. "Ambassadors Josef and Alsarh, your ignorance betrays you, we do not want peace, and as it was not your blood which was spelt you have lost nothing and only profiteered off of our dead brethren. The country of Swintoc declares war on Rafnor and Filace, as we can not stand by idle and watch as the world crumbles, I would also suggest that the rest of the RON does the same, as we will not stop until Filace runs red with blood!
  12. There is a little scene I have built, depicting a single troop with a "pack mule" of sorts traveling through a tunnel and carrying supplies. Should i post this as supporting the war effort? Or is it better placed as troop movement/build up?
  13. Looks pretty good.

  15. Thomas Silvia, Infantryman of Swintoc (RON). Born and raised in Swintoc, left Thomas bored with a lust for adventure. After his childhood friend returned from a tour of duty with amazing stories of the world, Thomas was eager to "join up" his strive has already been noticed by his higher ups, This quickly sent him to a guerrilla unit on the border in preparation of the civil unreast rocking Studica. Hopefully the war is not more than Thomas has bargained for, and his Swintocian self enthusiasm and patriotism will remain intact, but the prospect of war is already taking its toll.
