    Good point, my friend didn't even realize that it was Cate Blanchett when I showed him. Also, Lego figures usually don't look a lot like their actors. Look at Captain America, for example. Or Hawkeye. I think the figure is great!

    That's a good solution for Vulture's claws. I really don't understand why they couldn't have molded a small new talon piece that attaches like ice skates- they have a good enough design on the bottom of those Darth Maul mechanical legs. I guess it was just cost constraints. And I don't think every figure needs leg printing. Star-Lord looks perfectly fine without it in Ayesha's Revenge. I think Vulture could have used some detail, though.

    Yeah they can. They hold anything bar-sized in their fists. Look at the Cave Troll and Goblin King from LotR as examples.

    There's €110, €170, and €300 sets?? Seems like they're going even more all out on this than they did for the Batman movie. Bigger sets are usually pretty good, so I'm expecting some great things. I probably won't be able to get any of these until 2018, though.

    Decided to join this thread for the Ninjago Movie sets discussion. Kai's mech looks pretty cool, but I don't think I'll be buying many of these sets. I'm not thrilled with the new character designs and some of the vehicles aren't my cup of tea, but I'll definitely get a few. I'm really looking forward to Lloyd's dragon! And I love that civilians are in these sets- I feel like that's a really rare occurrence. If we do get a $300 D2C Ninjago City I will be thrilled! The Lego Batman Movie D2C was pretty disappointing after seeing the movie, so I hope that isn't the case with this one.

    Hi everyone, I'm really interested in the Ultra Agents Ocean HQ set but haven't been able to find one. BrickLink prices are pretty high, but I'd be willing to buy or trade for a set here on Eurobricks. I'm looking for a new or used set. Please let me know if you have one!

    I totally expected the headpiece to be rubber, not bothered by that at all. Hela looks so amazing with that piece though! I don't care about her lack of leg print, honestly. I cannot wait to pick these sets up!

    He didn't spoil that. He specifically said that it wasn't meant to be a secret and that he wanted it to be known to fans before they saw the movie since it isn't a huge mystery throughout the film.

    Drax has arm printing in the new Milano set, so I don't know what you're talking about. And Gamora doesn't need indication that she's female- she and Star-Lord wear the exact same piece of armor in the trailer; she doesn't have one specially designed for her.

    Love the set! I really like the new style of doing giant figures, as they look just like blown up minifigures. I like the brighter colors on Wonder Woman, too. Can't wait to get this!

    I actually love the lightning face and what they did with the two capes. They could've made one and tried printing it with that jagged bit, but I like their solution. Can't wait to get my hands on these guys!

    Thor's hammer was used in the Monster Fighter line and I think in the Assembly Square set as decoration.

    These sets are really cool- I just wish I had enough in my Lego budget to get some. I love what they're doing with the dorms and how they connect to the high school! The Kryptomite factory is really awesome and I like how the girls are getting different outfits in the sets. Eclipso's palace looks amazing too!

    I'm not doubting him being in the sets. I'm doubting him having a hairpiece that's the wrong hairstyle and wrong color. Edit: If you're talking about Superman, I believe he'll be in the sets but he won't have a $50 vehicle set devoted to him.

    I doubt that this list is accurate. If Lego treated their Justice League figures like that, they would lose a large portion of their consumers who just want the figures. Plus, Aquaman and Scarlet Witch don't even have the same hair color and his hair isn't styled like that. And why would Superman get an entire $50 set devoted to a vehicle of his when a) he doesn't use vehicles and b) he's currently dead, rumor has it he doesn't show up until late into the movie, and there's been very little of him in the marketing so far?

    I'm really not bothered by the scale at all. It plays well with my other ships and when I put it on display I will certainly have the ghostly crew all over it.

    It looks weird when you have the mast up, though. I just switched them around and it looks way better. Does anyone know why they used 2x2 plates with that small socket joint on the masts though?

    It would be incredibly annoying for Shocker to have printed arms and yet no leg print whatsoever.

    Thankfully with Black Panther the General Zod legs work extremely well. I guess we can look for printed legs that would work so all hope isn't lost.

    I have to agree about the leg printing, it's extremely annoying on some figures. Not too bothered by it on Hela, but this trend started last year with the Civil War sets and the detailed torsos with unprinted legs clashed horrifically in figures like White Tiger, Scorpion, and the Vulture last summer.

    Is anyone selling the sails yet? I want to get a couple more, not a full set. The masts in the movie have three tiers of sails, so I'm going to try to modify the ship to include that.

    Whoops, I missed the part about the bricks being round. Yeah, those should work. I've already modded my ship- I added one of those poles with studs on the end to both tall masts and a crow's nest to the forward one. Then I extended the furthest mast (the tilted one by the wheel) by two of those technic axle connectors. I'm working on putting bricks under the collapsible mast right now. Also, I'm using the captain's cabin with its tiny floor space as a little prison, so I don't know if I'll modify it further.
