in the same vain as the star wars sets sill work very well. I do also like the idea of buildable bat logos, but 1 in 4 where you get enough parts to build every logo. if I'm thinking what will release in regards to previous releases throughout the Superhero theme I would go joker mech vs Batman mech (new design) batman bat boat animated series vs villian set buildable joker figure Batman helicopter, Superman jet vs Luther mech

lego keeps releasing gaming sets, yet the greatest game has no Lego sets to date. the Arkham Trilogy ....

so we have a new Batman Animated series in August, and the new Superman movie next year. it could be a very healthy set of releases next year! what other content do we know is getting released?

I was just looking at the box art of the bat pod , and the back of the box looks like the scene from the Dark Knight where Batman is facing down and in deep thought after the explosion killed his girl, makes me think how many cool Diorama scenes they can make from the dark knight Trilogy.

its actually close to the piece count of the D2C Tumbler. the count is not an issue. as you mentioned it's the one damn minifiguare, hopefully we get some sort of gwp Or new polybag.

a Batman Animated Series woukd have been the choice I was thinking if they went vehicle D2C, with minifgs released from teases from the Skyline set. but yes, reverse judgement until it's released it's not ugly, have you looked at it in depth, the design is unique and has 90s vibes. i like it. but everyone is entitled to there own opinion.

well Hotwheels still belts out the 66 on the yearly basis. I'm just surprised it's been released in 2024 when 2026 is 60 years. but then I remembered they completely forgot about the Superhero anniversary as well. I was looking forward to a Arkham, but there is always next year then the year after and after.... next year is Batman Forever 30 years - A D2C Batmobile would be ideal (the movie was a hit) Batman Begins 20 years- maybe a brickheadz double pack will do or dare I say it another Tumbler. overall I'm just happy it's a DC set all. I think they will release one eventually. It's Batman related, and Batman sells. it's a classic, not the worst, and the 66 small scale sold out everywhere years back. It makes sense from there end $$$. but... I woukd like some those bat vehicles to be released as well, even the comics range, e.g. Frank Millers the Dark Knight Returns Bat tanks / Sean Murphy's White Knight Batmobile /The Cult Bat Monster Truck. The back catalogue of bat vehicles is huge and also I miss the lego bat vehicles in smaller sets e.g bat sub, bay kayak so many wonderful toys...

like I said before I think the set coming out in October will be Arkham Asylum From BAS. remember we have 30 years of Batman forever in 2025, would like the Batmobile as the D2C . and Batman Begins 20 years, would like to see League of Shadows play set

the more I think about the unknown Superhero set releasing October, the more I want it to be an Arkham Asylum based on the BAS and include clayface, mad hatter, as per the sticker designs on the skyline set and for good measure a BAS batboat. time will tell!

Agree, the set is masterfully designed! could you imagine a Modular Gotham set based on the art Deco of the BAS show?

reveals are so exciting! I hope his theory of no Superman sets for the James's Gunn movie is false. that Superman movie, if it's big I hope we get sets to it after, if they don't do any prior I'd take a bat Ice jet with a scene from the Fortress of solitude. take my money Lego.
