thanks! I saw some licensed figs were sold out so assumed it would work, wonder why the figs are listed as for sale?

So today I bought the following from TLG's 'bricks and pieces' service: Green Arrow, Hawkman, Green Lantern, and Sabine Wren. My order has been placed but I'm really confused, as the site says you can't order licensed figures due to licensing agreements. The four came to £14, so definitely a lucky find, but has there been a change in licensing or is this TLG making an error? Thanks
