It's a type of Droid Fighter. The little droid figure is a buzz droid used to attack starfighters. C'mon guys, it's not that bad! It's a really wicked design. Better than other junky sets I've seen, like the AT-ST and the Geonosian Fighter. The colors are really spiffy, too. Oh well, more for me if y'all hate it so much. ;)

Are you kidding? I love it! The design is just so out there, it's crazy! And all the pieces in those colors! And the new printing on the cockpit bubbles! Wicked cool. :-D

Agreed. It's the longest-kept-together set in my collection. Sits on my dinner table right now, aching to have the UCS Y-Wing parked next to it. :)

The one CWAL used was just barely longer than the ones being used here. It can be done.

The only LEGO set I put on my little list was the UCS Y-Wing. I'm not expecting to get it, as my parents stopped supporting my LEGO hobby several years ago. My Secret Santa put a MINI Imperial Shuttle in the gift basket she gave me last Thursday, though. So that was nice. :)

More specifically, the licensed themes are (ie. Star Wars, Potter, Spidey, etc.).

Is that what the movie is called over there? It's called "National Treasure" over here. I loved loved LOVED this movie. It can't come out on DVD soon enough.

Kinda reminds me of the Scion xA. Shaped like an SUV, but only big enough to fit one person inside. :-D

Arc, I think that it's pretty inevitable that some folks coming here from FBTB will consider this place a "substitute" forum for a while. Truthfully, I don't see this as being any sort of insult or whatever. It's a nice place, and folks are being very kind towards new members.

Realistically speaking, guys, it's gonna be a while. Don't expect anything to happen right away, especially since we're in the midst of the holiday season.

Because they're not official pics sent to them by LEGO. Probably scanned from a catalog or something. Nice parts pack. Evil Anakin minifig looks wicked cool. Other than that... well, it's the cheap set of the bunch. Can't expect too much. :)

Actually, I'm glad they're releasing it at the end of the year. The Potter movies have always struck me as holiday flicks, as opposed to summer flicks.
