Ezeran takes the Myrrh and the shovel and lowers his voice and looks at Torald. "What do you think of the recent developments in the Crescent Union?"

"My plan exactly!" He hands 50 gold to Torald for the Myrrh and the shovel.

"I'm in no real hurry! Don't know what I need beside tonics. Hey, that sounds great. What do you want for it?" Ezeran seems to remember something and holds forth a diamond. "I got this for Grogmas, it really sparkles and emits pure light when you use magic with it."

Seeing tge boy wonder knight Ezeran smiles and offers him a seat. "Seems like both you and Torald have been napping. Me, I've been in the fields clearing out pesky critters for some time. And I've learned the art of sorcery! I'm also planning a trip to the marketplace quiet soon. All those critters drained me dry of ether...'

Does anyone know the rules concerning which weapons one can rwtrieve gems from? I know that I can retrieve gems from weapons if I've inserted them in the first place but about weapons with magical properties? I have a staff with wind-damage, is the source of that a retrievable gem or just inert magic?

"As much as I like sitting here and sipping mulled wine I would love to do some fighting as well." Ezeran glances at something leathery sticking out from Toralds satchel. "Hey are those boots new? They look quiet special!"

OoC: A quick question, I'm not familiar with ether cores but I guess they are like any other consumables?

"Well, picture yourself a good stiff old fashioned duel. Two aristocrats swinging their swords. That kind of powerful and elegant swordmanship is like trying to wield the magical forces the traditional way. Now instead think of a mor realistic fight, an ambush in the woods or a massive bar fight. There is a certain elegance to the mastery of this kind of fighting just because there are no clear rules, you improvise and make it your business of having some tricks up your sleeves. Well, I've learned quiet a few magical tricks that I now have up my sleeves to manipulate my opponents. It's not always orderly but it works!"

Ezeran smiles and takes the seat that was offered. "I have learned a couple of new tricks during my training to become a sorcerer. I can wield magic in entire new ways now... Well I've been through quiet lot out in the fields. There are a lot of creatures out there that shouldn't belong there. I suspect a magical or dimensional rift or something. Anyhow, good to sit down drinking aome mulled wine. Ah, I already signed my name to that quest, I sure hope we could do some adventuring together again! So, weren't you away on some quest a while ago?"

The door to the inn swings open, leaves blows into the common room as Ezeran quickly closes the door behind him. The sorcerer looks tired even though the symbiont is energetic, licking both its teeth and lips in anticipation for some juicy meat. Small sooty stains appears in the carpet as the symbionts saliva is rushing through the air in small drops. A small smile suddenly creepa through the weary appearance as Ezeran sees that heroes are wanted for a quest for the Crescent union. He also sees Toralds name, hoping for an new adventure with his old friend. Ezeran signs up for quest #157. Ezeran also posts a note: Looking to buy a new weapon suitable for a sorcerer: wands, staffs and daggers of prime quality is of great interest. He greets the people he knows and nods towards Kiray and Siercon. Then i buys aome mulled wine, pork crisps and a ale before heading towards Toralds table. "Awake? Here's an ale fore you old friend. What's new?"

Ooc totally forgot about the blinding scroll since it seems I've got two in the inventory in different places. Ezeran gives a blinding scroll tol Germ.

Slowly coming back to consciousness Ezerans smells of burnt hair. He pushes himself to his feet, massaging his temple whims grunting. The symbiont seemed fine though its yellow teeth were now covered in soot. "We... Took them out? Wow! Good job everyone!" After having collected his things he stretched his back and joined the others. "I long for a glass of mulled wine and food at the inn but I need to go back to that farm to collect some much needed gold. " He sees that Siercon makes eye contact and replies: "I'm thrilled to have met someone familiar with demons, may the eternal fires an be with you on your journeys! I hope to see you again soon." The symbiont smiles at Siercon. Ezeran turns to the others: "We have won many battles and we were a truly excellent team!" Ezeran packs his things and heads to the farm to exchange 100 glory points for 1000 gold. Ooc: Great trip to the fields! Congratulations to the upcoming birth of a new family member Mencot! It was a total fluke, if I've had more money I would have bought even more but it was an unheard of bargain anyhow.
