  1. My apologies (to the staffer and TLG respectively ) And in that case: Nice work! That reminds me of actually reading the whole post, before the Throner and AFOL personae collide...
  2. http://winteriscoming.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/GOT-S3-Announce-Art.jpg Why couldn't TLG come up with something a little more original for the teaser poster? Still like the CMF though...
  3. Yes, that´s what the guy in the featurette said about the ARC Trooper designing process, bridging AotC armor and RotS armor and i already knew that before. But to simply say "he is just plain wrong" doesn´t help in calming a debate that´s going on between 10-year old boys (and avid LEGO SW fans) . I was hoping someone had another "official" source for me, like one of those Star Wars technical design books or background material... But thanks anyway Kvel
  4. Hi folks, i have a little problem : the "clone armor phases" are the topic of a furious debate among my two sons (and their friends, respectively). Everybody here (and on Wookieepedia) uses the term "phase I armor" for the type shown in AotC and the first three seasons of the CloneWars TV Show. "Phase I.5 armor" is being worn by ARC Troopers and "phase II armor" is being worn in RotS. But in the featurette "Creating Kamino" (CloneWars Season 3 DVD/BD) one of the designers (officially, i suppose) marks the ARC Trooper armor as "phase II.5 armor" and refers to the classic clone trooper armor as "phase II" and the RotS type as "phase III". Then what is "phase I armor"? Who came up with it in the first place? Fan community, TLG, HASBRO or Lucasfilm? I know, there is a lot of conflicting SW canon out there (with holes big enough to fly a Death Star trough ) but until now i thought Lucasfilm had always shown consistency regarding technical terms and designs. Can someone explain this to me, please?
