i finally got around to finish building this monster to find that i was missing 2 x 3mm rigid hose (TLG are sending replacement parts) and what i got extra was a 1 x 4 LBG tile?? that isnt even in the set at all... and a extra sting with studs... for the window cleaner,1 one more and he could have cleaned the second floor windows....

Well i spoke to a guy at Toyworld about the City House last week and he said that all the new stuff was now out(ie: all the City Fire, Kingdoms) and that the City House was due in Jan or Feb next year...??? i have spoken with him a few times and seems to know what he is talking about

as i said in the Aussie sale Thread the check out Chick scanned them up for $59.99 the same price as the Truck, i dont know what se was thinking but i love it when i find a bargin like that!!! that would work to about £28-£30 for the whole transport set... Zing!!!

i went to Toys R Us Chadstone on Saturday to pick up the new lego exclusive TRU truck $59 and that transport $159.99 went to the counter brought 3 of the truck and 2 transport sets and the total was?? $499.83 you say?? the chick ask if there was 3 trucks i said yes and i wasn’t watching because i was filling out a VIP form, she says that will be $300 thanks, didnt think anything of it till i was walking out and then looked at the receipt she scanned 5 trucks ….thats it!!!2 transports would have cost more then $300!!i dont know what happened... did they not scan so she just scanned 2 more trucks because she couldnt be bothered to get a price check? no idea all i can say is i got there as the store opened and there was no one else in the store except for about 8 staff, i will not complain!! i was a very happy fellow!!
