If I remember correctly there is one here in Melbourne at Myer but when I was there it wasn't working

Well it's a hit or miss really.. When i reported those items the other day, about 2 days before that they had other sets that had "Quit" marked on the stickers but not worth mentioning as it was like $2 off, but some one liked them because they were gone when i came back 2 days later (I "was" hoping for a further discount the longer they sat there, but they were snapped up) maybe they got a further discount being there at the right time when the staff stand next to the trolleys and slap on a new discount sticker like last week when i grabbed the SW Slave 1 it was marked at $80 i handed it to the staff member and she put a $51 sticker (I think just to clear the trolley so they could add more items the next day) i guess you have to be lucky and at the right place at the right time... so i would say it's daily as for me i try to get into store maybe 2 to 3 days a week... Bingo!! I couldn't of said it better myself, all the ones i posted about were "quit" stock from the store managers, which is completely different to what K-Mart does, so it best to find them trolleys which normally located near the books and Hi-Fi areas.

They all look sweet LT I am loving that Washing machine!! A dishwasher would look awesome too, I'll have a ice coffee Milkshake please with extra icecream BTW after seeing your awesome washing machine i could instantly envision a Laundromat with 6 of them bad boys in it..

Just a heads up Guys, Big W seem to be clearing a bit of their LEGO Stock onto the clearance trolleys again sets of note that i have seen so far after 3 different store visits are... 8078 Portal of Atlantis for $70, 7985 City of Atlantis for $68, 8097 Slave I for $80, 3182 Airport for $88 and a few left over World Racer sets between $30 to $40 for 8899 Gator Swamp and 8898 Wreckage Road

Hello again, Just got back from K-mart and they had 7947 Prison Tower Rescue on Clearence for $59 down from $89 The other set i saw on clearence was the 8639 Big Bentley Bust Out for $99 I'm not sure what the RRP is for that one.

Now that looks great! The turned posts really set this one apart, Just how i pictured them, Good one!! Loving the added docking bay also and the blender looks very cute and your toaster is effective Nice one all round LT you should be very proud!!

It works well sitting there, Your town is coming along nicely, It would look even more stunning filled with minifigs and cars to give it that country buzz feel, cause right now it looks like a ghost town

I would say keep Miter 10 as is and start a Retravision store maybe? At least most of it would be white and use some red highlights to mix it up abit...

I will have to agree with distortme, An AFOL box of bricks is a fantastic idea. With no real access to bulk LEGO/Brand Store other then the primary colors here in Australia and in many other country's that are not UK, USA, Germany, Canada and Denmark, we need the chance to get some sweet rare colors that only PAB walls offer. I'm sure that most of our New Zealand brothers will chime in, as will the rest of the Asian and European country's that don't get it as good as the above 5 country's. I hope LEGO are reading this, not only would the AFOL love it but I think the kids would like to get variety in colors as well, if not them the parents would enjoy a change in colors, i know i would as a parent

Well you know what my vote will be for... is the Doctor in? I think a council office needs to be bigger for local meetings re-zoning office and parking officer office to process those revenue raising tickets they love to hand out

The box was a bit beat up but more shelf wear than anything from parents picking it up then putting the box back after seeing the RRP a many times the box I'm not too worried about, i have seen worse looking boxes going at full retail.

Hey guys, I just got back from Big W hoping to find the Castle to no avail, also had Series 5 in stock so picked up what I needed and as I was leaving they rolled out the clearance trolley and had 8097: Slave I on sale for $51 from $137 so i had to snag that up So it looks like a hit and a miss with Big W clearance items... Always best to walk around and scan things or find them Clearance Trolleys... Good luck guys and gals..

Now that looks alive and busy the way it should have been, I just finished building this set the other day and must admit yours looks more like a LEGO set then LEGO's one, Now i must go to Bricklink and see if i can find myself one of them baseplates!! a big well done sir...
