  1. Sure but New Zealand looks like a weird place to have a factory, and if it's just a warehouse, why would it have parts upfront?
  2. Pretty weird, these are only available when I log in with NZ as country, but no other country. Why on earth would Lego only have these for New-Zealand?
  3. FWIW it has just appeared (6258831) but not in stock :( Quite some of the 10265 set are available, though. Nearly all of the printed parts as well as
  4. they aren't per-part, they only are for the "volume of toys" but sets have become more complex
  5. The one I'm the most excited for: in LBG. Might appear in 5 days maybe? (what happened to the ability to size images down btw?)
  6. It's funny how Lego puts.. a tiny rubber band in its own container, but can't bag critical transparent parts individually
  7. Of course it can't be litterally impossible to play it, but we all know the size of a 1x1 plate, I just can't imagine picking up pieces that easily, let alone comfortably, especially at the beginning of the game when it's all cramped. That's not the reason I chose to back up 2 other projects instead, though. It doesn't even need to be playable, the other ones aren't either, but I just prefer them as builds/items. (but really, I haven't been overimpressed by any of the entries, I only backed up 2 I was ok with, because I wanted to get sets from that project, even if they're not official Lego ones)
  8. Food: definitely Poop: how would I know.. but I suspect yes (& there's technically poop on nearly everything, if you think of it) In my last order it was unidentified crap + unremovable paint + crushed/destroyed parts, the usual stuff. On the bright side, new parts from BL (when it's not a lie, that is - for some "nearly like new = new") are better than new from Lego itself, as a trans clear canopy from Bricks&Pieces is guaranteed to arrive scratched.
  9. Nothing in particular but now that I know what kind of MOCs I do & which kind of parts I use, I prefer to gather enough, so that generally I can build anything in grey & only wait for orders for colors. Lego has improved, they only forgot 1 lot out of 120.
  10. Yeah new 1x1 brackets as TimeCruisers wrote (DBG ones are only upwards though, or headlight bricks instread. You should definitely replace 4 of the front bricks by 1x4 plate & tile, attaching 2 (or more) headlight bricks.I would even go for a 1x6 tile to have it more smooth in-between the arches. So instead of 6 bricks in the front you'd have 1 headlight + 2* 1x1 plates + 1 headlight + 1x1 plate, on each side. And you hold both by 1x6 plate+1x6 tile, with 4* 1x1 plates to extend the headlights.
  11. So I got some vibrant coral parts in my last order (including a 2x2 round tile too) because that color was supposed to be "seen in real life to be understood". I just.. don't get it? I see just a pink-orangish. I don't know what exactly I was expecting, but I'm not seeing anything that would remind me of trans neon parts(?) In other words, what's "vibrant" here? Next to the other bright girly Friends colors, I just don't see anything special. I'm under bright LEDs that probably have a narrow spectrum, but I tried old-style bulbs, same thing. I only see a faint difference under daylight.
  12. I didn't have the sense of scale for the firetruck. Still not interested in it though. But the roadster looks better in the video, I backed it up too.
  13. yeah, the most expensive ones which require much less backers, due to the nature of the system. 100 people really isn't that much.
  14. I'd so back the roadster but I find the back too weird. I was expecting to have to hesitate & back up several ones, now I'm only wondering which one to pick, because I eventually want one from this project.
  15. While I don't think that'd be practical, I'm definitely waiting for 1x1 round plate+clip, being able to rotate anything attached would be pretty useful
  16. I believe minifig hands are thighter, though. When I experimented with the slightly-smaller-than-bar 3mm batteries that power LEDs, I found that they were very loose in stud holes, tight enough in clips, but pretty tight in minifig hands, like designed for them.
  17. Or there was too much wind inside, who knows
  18. I actually made that one in order to get the round Constration sides buyable in LBG (dark red on the picture). They exist, in the very limited tractor set, but they just can't be bought, even today they haven't appeared on B&P. But for some strange reason they were in the contest's palette (maybe by mistake?)
  19. It's nice, but maybe too big? Lots of technic panels that are generally expensive.
  20. It's better than any other in the selection IMHO
  21. That's when I picked Pascal... sadly :(
  22. Finally we're getting a good MOC-like entry with the car, probably the one I'm gonna support. Seems well built (I don't think the balloon part was the right choice for the back mudgard, though) and it's something Lego wouldn't have produced themselves. Well, I was expecting a bit more from this. As for myself I had 3 entries, one was a hovercar that was rather crap (with an ok hoverbike in the set), one was another hovercar that I believe was good enough (& solid), and the last one was a set of mechs that maybe just lacked something to unite them.
  23. So many new parts, it feels like christmas again. I'm only missing the new Overwatch guns, I hope they're not gonna remain licensed, it's a pretty useful part.
