  1. I want to join! Currently, most of my avatar and his crew are in pieces, scattered across the land, waiting to be gathered by the forces of Bricklink and reassembled here. So, the required photograph is...to be forthcoming. I do have a few questions, though. When putting my crew together, I was wondering how much customization is allowed/tolerated. Decals? Painting? Third party accessories (stuff from BrickForge and BrickWarriors, etc.)? Once avatar photos are posted, are we allowed to change their look? Or are our avatars like old-school cartoon characters who only ever have one outfit and one hairstyle? My plan here is to get the initial photo of my avatar (et al) up, then work on the treasure hunt challenge. After that, can I still work on the earlier challenges, even though the deadlines have come and gone? Is this forbidden? Is it encouraged? What's the thinking here? Let me know. Thanks much. 2. Who wants points? Anyone? You, do, Skrytsson? Okay, anyone else? Imitationspud? Fine, I can do that. Anyone else? Anyone have their hand raised? Who's that in the back? GV357? Okay, you get a point, too! One point each for 11) Croc’s sewer (Build by Skrytsson), 13) Cobblepot Aviary (Build by imitationspud), and 16) Access to Batcave via Batpoles (Build by GV357) Merry Points-mas! (Or whatever.)
  3. I'm going to go ahead and give all three of my points to "16) The Killing Joke (Build by JH Snethen)" because I'm a huge Killing Joke fan.
  4. I am listening to Christmas music. My 'Christmas' playlist is 16.5 hours long. (Yikes!)

  6. Mr. Freeze and his henchmen are attacking Gotham Central! Commissioner Gordon, Lt. Bullock, and the uniformed officers of the GCPD were fighting a losing battle when Stacy went up and activated the Bat-Signal! Now that Batman and Robin are on the scene, who will prevail? 9. It kills me that I don't have the Western sets. Same with the Fantasy era of Castle. In both cases I would buy the occasional LEGO set during those time periods, but never managed to have gotten the ones I now realize I could use the most.
  10. I love this! Makes me wish that the "Gotham City Sirens" series had more characters living with them, just to see what else you'd do with your MOC.
  11. What about a bank? Someplace for Christmas shoppers to withdraw their saved up shopping funds before hitting the toy store and bakery?
  12. The main Marvel characters I want minifigures of are the Fantastic Four. And She-Hulk. And the Defenders. And..., well, I guess that list would just go on and on. (Ooh, and Alpha Flight! And...) But I can narrow down my not-yet-existant DCU must haves to Batgirl (the classic Barbara Gordon version), the Jack Knight Starman, and the members of Gail Simone's Secret Six.
  13. Hey, all. I'm new at this whole competition thing, so I'll have the occasional stupid question. "Custom decals, stickers, cut outs and official TLG stickers are allowed." What exactly is a 'cut out'?
