My 7 year old went nuts when he saw the new figs set to come out. He even offered to 'return' the figs he'd 'borrowed' from me since he started playing with Lego. When he looks at his newer Boba compared to my original, it's no contest what he prefers. Part of the 'problem' for him is he wants them to resemble his Hasbro figs or the customs he sees online. Lego detailing them the way they are is right up his alley, and I'm assuming many other kids as well. Just my 2 cents.

Man I was close to getting this today after seeing it built in the Lego store, but passed for the AT-OT for the kids to enjoy. When they get a bit older and can appreciate it as a display piece, it's on!

As an owner of an unopened UCS Falcon I had full intentions of putting it together when my son got a bit older. But after seeing the value going up, I'd be a fool not to sell. I always thought my magic number would have been 1500.00, but I'm having trouble parting with it. I'd have no problem if they rereleased it, but that isn't something Lego tends to do. For all those that want one, I truly hope you can score one.

Is it really scalping if something is available to the general public, at retail pricing, to anyone with a phone or car or internet? Now if someone buys all of them, that's more the definition of scalping. As for the set, the bottom isn't that big of a deal sincde it won't be displayed upside down.

Someone's being a Debbie Downer.......now beingnew to the site I'll keep my other opinions to myself. I'm going to assume that maybe, juuuuuuust maybe, these ships and figs will have some presence in season 3. Just sayin......
