The reason why the masks have 'earmuffs' is most likely due to the fact that each side is elongated, to clip on to the head just like the MoCr.

If you compare the room within the MOCr with something like a HF head, you'll notice how little to any room there is for upward movement.>

Yeah, I am the same when it comes to the story--it was the reason why I barely got any HF. But sadly, I might just get them despite.

Random question: how many sets are ya'll getting? I plan on getting every set (including the Defender's) as soon as they're available. It will hopefully be the start of my very first complete Bionicle collection. Yes, I might have asked this before.

Tbh, I never went to the Bionicle website back in G1. The only times I ever bothered to, was to check some Bios.

How about just plain, see-thru bones? We originally were supposed to get those in the old Bionicle anyways.

I think one of the reasons why peeps thought HF would run along side Bionicle, was because of the whole mini fig/constraction combo they are doing this year. They thought it was good enough to be its own new genre.

EW...Funhouse Takanuva? No thanks. I'd probably only get it for the collection. I much rather see him have transparent/opaque gold and white pieces.

Probably not, of they're going to take inspiration from HF. Though, I doubt we're going to see a mostly purple set any time soon. (not counting Speeda Demon.)

Imo, I don't think we'll be seeing any major vehicles in the near future. (Most likely in a couple of years if they think it will be more successful than and '08 '09 vehicles)

Speaking of remakes, did Lego release the classic Bionicle seasonally? And is it too obvious that it's going to happen with Bionicle 2015? We could see Takanuva and a new baddie in the summer.

I hope Lego reveals more info in the coming days before NYCC, to hold us over tell then. The usually chatter is getting kind stale, imo.

Though, it makes you think twice about it. Has the return of Bionicle gotten more leaks than most modern Lego sets do? Lego themselves might like to trick all the leakers and stuff.

Well, if tomorrows event doesn't turn out to be Bionicle, we KNOW it's coming soon because of the preliminary photos.
