    The Exo Suit and Research Institute are examples, but I agree, things don't look too bright.

    All the sets, except Raptor Escape, are out of stock while more are being produced. Raptor Escape is sold out because it's an exclusive, only available at Walmart and the LEGO Store, so less were produced. It may or may not get another production run.

    It would be a discussion thread with no rumors, no speculation, and no wish lists. I don't see how it's a good idea... There should be a General Discussion thread, for discussing past and present Super Hero sets, a Rumors and Discussion thread, a Future Speculation thread, and an Information thread, for just the facts about upcoming sets.

    Well, there will be times when there's no new rumors to discuss, just the current ones. But, I agree the wishlists don't belong here; they barely even belong in the speculation thread.

    Yes, I would say what you posted is a rumor. It's unconfirmed information with actual evidence. All the lists of Civil War sets over in the Marvel thread would be an example of speculation.

    A rumor is unconfirmed information with a source. Speculation is a prediction with no source. If I post, "We're getting pigtails Harley next year", and cite one of just2good's comments, that's a rumor. It's unconfirmed, but cited, information. If I post, "We're getting a new Killer Croc next year because he's in the Suicide Squad movie and we haven't gotten one in like 10 years", that's speculation. It's just my own prediction, and carries no real evidence.
