There is a Lego board game announced. theres also been announced a non lego related Hobbit game. I'm not gonna trust that site for now. tat poster only confirms the lego sets coming winter. Theres no game studio logo on there. ____________ As for the bombur minifig, I think a molded hair-beard-braid would give him some weight.

What? lego can't do a guy in a hat and coat with a beard? Gandalf beard and printed tophat would work out just fine.. By the way, I don't want a minifig of him. Also the weta designs was exclusivly for the trading cards. never intended for the movies.

I hope The Hobbit gets a full wave of sets, and not jsut a few like some themes has in the past.

It's also good incase people wants to buy lots of those aliens. Also means they wont be as expensive online x]

He really should have one of them "skirt" pieces. I believe they wold have given him that if he didnt come in a set where he needs to sit, now we'll propably never get updated gandalf. Hes kinda lost he soul in the current minifig, A new hat would have been good (they could stop producing the current one)

I wouldnt want 4 of the soldiers from uruk hai army, the only part of rohan that dresses the same are the royal guards. the rest have alot more variety. 2 of the uruk hai army torsos and 2 new one would be better. and that helmet really shouldnt be gray, the random soldiers that have similar helmets are brown. 2: Galadriel is in rivendell in "the hobbit" so thats and iconic elf from lotr that fits in ;) 5: YES we need lego wargs! I can imagine how cool/cute they would be. I think the eagles cant be brick buildt, they needa be new molds like that new flying dinosaur. remember the eagles are in the second movie aswell.

Even one on a motorcycle! question: is that motorcycle mold in the cap set under the shield thingy?

So far it is only in the Friends Cafe set. it'll propably be in more cheapers sets when wave 2 of friends is out. Edit: I can only find it in the Cafe set and the upcoming advent calendar set.

What, all the chainmail and armor is printed on, there no need for them to have a grey groin.. Continuing my Eomer hair quest This hair looks perfect in the back The front LINK is acceptable. knowing some of the girlie-ness will dissapear with Eomers beard.

I think some minifigures would look better with gloves (brown hands) Gimli, Theoden, Eomer, boromir and aragorn Seeing as they dont have arm printing, colored hands would have completed the color palette for that characther. and why one earth does the Theoden/eomer legs have grey "underwear" part? It's super anoying they messed up the legs thats used for 2 important characthers.

I think the beard looks fine. What annoys me is that the neck bit of the torso should be green fabric not chainmail. Also The fabric on hes legs should be green not red. This hair would work quite nicely with Eomer in the apropriate color.

the rohan soldiers torso can be seen in quite a few images.Eomers torso can be seen in bits and pieces but not all of it in one image.

Marvel owns the rights, but they might have licensed it as part of a contract with Sony, Fox or whoever else.

Woha, those horses running looks very good! lego animas are looking really cool. ortrich and the new bear are some of my favorites x]

People complaining shoulg keep in mind that the one shown at fairs are very unfiunished. If youre gonna complain, atleast know it'll look like this.

But what they are hiding are the aliens, wich im guessing we'll be seeing action figures of sooner or later. I hope they get some sort of headgear to make them special.

I'm pretty sure theres more at play than just wishes to keep the stuff secret. it's not like we've seen other toy companies spoil the stuff yet either. (well maybe one)

we've gotten better looks at them in the trailer, but people are still not 100% sure about anything. is there even a way to rush the production? the minifig printing is done solely by machines I think. Also i dont think you should worry we've already seen a caotain ameria figure with finished printing, and it looked good to me. The reason for this theme feeling rushed is propably because we havent really seen anything properly finished yet. I'm sure all is going well behind the scenes ;)

Be aware those are prelim, I belive we'll get the figures that was on display(perhaps with some modifications) not these illustrated ones. While a decked out Lurtz would be more usefull I think the "newborn" one is quite cool, it seems abit more grotesque that the common minifig.

If people want "proof" of the gold being printe don the legs: The comic con version had it, the large brick buildt version had it and the CG "available april" teaser had it. I really hope Loki has leg printing, he looks rather primitive as he is now. I think black might have been a better color for him, or gold arms. After initialy finding Lokis helmet to be kinda bad I now think it will look really good in finished plastic.

Both hes minifig suits will have a rather large chunk of gold printed on hes legs.

I want a new door mold but not enough to want to sacrifice characther items.
