  1. Yes, your planar gate sounds like it is exactly what we need. Do not worry about the return trip, we will manage something. Of that I am certain. But we must leave quickly.
  2. Vindsval grins, It seems my arm is nearly as far travelled as I am. I appreciate the information. He pauses a moment, thinking. You wouldn't perhaps have any compatible components or upgrades available?
  3. I can understand that Mistress. I can understand that. I am called Vindsval. Might I ask you a question? As you see I am not wholly of flesh. He flips his scorpion cloak back over his left shoulder, exposing the entirely of his artificial arm. Is this of your work? I received it several Grogmas ago, though beyond that I know nothing of its origins. It has served me, and the people of this land, very well over the years.
  4. Vindsval bows and places a mechanical fist against his chest. Greetings Mistress. He straightens and looks around the work area, open awe and wonder on his large green face. His eyes widen more with every moment. I have long wished to visit this place, it is a shame that I am only now arriving as you all seem to be leaving. He steadies a wobbling stack of crates. If it would help, is there anything with which I may I offer you my assistance ?

WE are outcast from the hall, turned to criminals by those who claim to be our founders. We search for knowledge of the missing founder. It may be unsafe for. known member of the hall to be alone in the city. Our Path leads us to the Tritech company. If you would join us, take note of the gift I sent you.
  7. IT had been a long time since Vindsval had heard that voice. It was certainly one to insure mixed responses among the members of the hall. He moves over to where the diminutive manling and mistress Karie sit. Something strong, large, and dark if you would Master Wolf. This is a conversation to be had over wetted throat. Greetings Whisperer. A strange coincidence to find you once again in our Path. You have been long absent from the hall, and from company of those you find here. What brings you here, now, and what do you know of the recent happenings.
  8. It would seem that our next destination of the Company Tritech.
  9. AS much as we would like to avoid contact with the warring powers of the city perhaps I could get us a foot in the door He flexes his artificial arm So to speak, with the Tritech Company.
  10. A war in Farie would have dire consequences for the world of man. There are those among the Fae who are neigh unto gods. It would seem that Byblos is calling to us for aid, if I hear your interpretation true. Do you know how to reach their realm?
  11. Vindsval squeezes himself into the room and attempts to squat down comfortably. Well met Maiden of the North, I am Vindsval. Once son of the Ice Tribes, now one of this city. I will be direct, as nothing else in this day has been. We have come seeking knowledge of those who would call themselves the Founders.
  12. Vindsval lifts a hand as if to say "what are ya gonna do?" You know how it is in the city. Rumors and stories abound. Who can resit a good mystery set within their Path.
  13. Vindsval Searches the Bed. There were always places beneath a mattress or headboard to hide that which you felt was best unseen.
  14. Sounds like a plan. It would do us no good for me to go knocking on doors, asking for information.
  15. Brother's Wolf, what would it cost me to have access to your vacant room for a short time?
  16. Vindsval reluctantly vacates his comfortable chair and looms over the book. No, None of these are familiar to me. It may cause some apprehension, but perhaps those of us with the gift of the silver tongue could simply go room to room.
  17. Vindsval relaxes into the chair and sighs. By the Wanderer, can I path never be straight? Do you know of receiving any mailing from the Paper, and know of who might be picking them up?
  18. Vindsval ducks inside and breaths easier. He looks around for something large enough to support his bulk. Greetings and well met gentlemen.
  19. There is safety in numbers as they say. It was an honor meeting you sir. I hope to see you once more in quieter times that I might hear your stories. Vindsval knuckles his forehead and walks after Karie and his undead friend.
  20. Vindsval smiles warmly, Throlar my friend, you never told me you knew the famous detective Hoples, I heard of his exploits many times within my travels. He is well known and loved by the people. He bows low to the Detective. IT is truly an honor. But as Friend Throlar says, we Must be going. Perhaps another time we may meet and I shall hear your tales first hand.
  21. I'll just walk low. Vindsval Grins at his old friend.
  22. Vindsval looks down at his hands, oddly enough seeing his action mirrored feet below. Let us leave for the Winking Gargoyle. OOC: is vindsval still under the effect of the illusion spell?
  23. Having attempted to remain unnoticed and within his glamour he breaks his silence. Be calm my friends. It is time we take our leave. We do ourselves no good here. Vindsval attempts to whisper to his companions. The gracious proprietor here has told us what he was willing and more. A brawl with him or among ourselves would do nothing to further our cause.
  24. Vindsval stays quiet, it would not do well for the group if the ceiling above one of the members of the group to start speaking.
  25. I'll take a dose of that spell if you wouldn't mind Mistress Karie. Beyond that, I too am ready to leave.
