Yes, these assorted sets by Enlighten have been out on ebay for awhile now ... i picked up the lot of 23 sets for about 14 USD back in January. Here's some of them.

The advantage of Ebay is that you have a choice of Buy It Now or trying to win an auction for a lower price. You also get a money back guarantee if the figs don't arrive. The downside is that most times you don't get a tracking number on your shipment. I've had some orders that never showed up, so I've had to go after the sellers for a refund. On ebay, your only payment option is via paypal. Ali Express has a lot more selection of newer bootleg stuff but most of it is fix priced like ebay's buy it now. For most purchases, you'll get a tracking number, but sometimes they don't work. I had one seller cancel the transaction on me because he said he had no more stock, but I did get a refund about a week later. Other than that, I have not had a bad experience on Aliexpress, although communication is rather iffy due to the language barrier. On ali express you can pay using your credit card or debit card. In either case, it takes a month, sometimes as long as six weeks for my orders to arrive from China, which seems to be the norm.

For ZeA, the yellow arms should be relatively easy to come by, i've got a few minifigs i could swap out the arms for. magneto or bizarro superman might have to give up his purple cape though.

upon my death, my will directs the executor of my estate to cremate my entire lego collection, and then spread the ashes all over Europe.

i've seen these sets floating around ebay, just wish i could get the spacesuit-ed guys only, not a big fan of the aliens.

the most ethical solution is to look for the store manager and show him what you found, then ask if it would be alright to buy the remaining contents at a clearance discount of 50% or 75% off. you can ask that it be final sale, so they don't have to deal with you afterwards. i have done this successfully in the past, and it's a win for everybody. plus i sleep very well at night.

so far, i've got sets made by enlighten, sluban, kazi and wange. wange's probably the worst of the bunch.
