Need help ID'ing the bootleg brand of Cap America please and thanks. Didn't come with a base plate. Double sided head. Arm flashing is rough.

I bought a Pogo winter soldier off ebay. It's the first time that i've received a minifigure that was missing a part. I contacted the seller to see if the arm could be replaced, the seller apologized and gave me a full refund instead. I also got a Pogo Hyperion minifg. I find that the connection between the torsos/hips on both minifigs are rather loose. Anyone else notice this for their recent Pogo figs or do I just have some bad ones?

I've heard that too but a cyborg or droid wouldn't need a helmet methinks. Anyways, it's anyone's guess what she looks like.

I just received a Ms. Marvel minifig (not sure if it's by Pogo or?). Anyways, using her alternate head I got and the hairpiece, I've decided this is how Captain Phasma looks under her helmet. (Of course, I'm basing it on how Gwendoline Christie looks in the Game of Thrones. Anyone else want to post an idea of how she might look like?
