  1. Captain Britain news trumps bootleg news
  2. It's not a design from any other SY figure I know of. It doesn't list it on the box either. Confusion here too: http://mybrickstore.blogspot.co.uk/2014/08/sheng-yuans-version-of-iron-man-lab.html
  3. Thanks, but I have all the Dargo non-set Batman figures that have been released. On one of the closer renders of 841B Bats seems to have a different utility belt - to all the other figs. It's probably just a discrepancy between the render and actual figure but I'm curious to know for sure.
  4. Was anyone brave enough to to pick these sets up from Dargo? I'm trying to find an actual photo of the Batman figure. Also, anyone know where this Winter Soldier design comes from?
  5. Ouch! https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/223423136/new-custom-ant-man-lego-size-minifigure?ref=related-3
  6. OK did some Kamen Rider figures. They were so-so. Digger reviewed them on YouTube.
  7. It's pretty much Marvel and DC all the way. Shame they don't dip into some independent (Are Vertigo and Epic dependent?) titles that will never be made by Lego.
  8. Sell a premium product and somebody will soon be along to undercut you. Lego are one of the most profitable toy brands in the world ( http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-31621107 ). They choose to price high and milk their customers. Still, in the eyes of the law cynical marketing strategies are all good.
  9. For once I managed to grab a bargain instead of normally missing them. Guess when other's started listing for £20-30 they released they'd made an error. Oops.
  10. http://www.aliexpress.com/item/SY370-Building-Blocks-Super-Heroes-Avengers-MiniFigures-Iron-Man-Tony-Stark-Bricks-Mini-Figures-Children-Toys/32432713251.html
  11. I had to start watching The Walking Dead just to find out who all the figures are!
  12. I've always used 99.9% Isopropyl Alcohol on some cotton wool.
  13. I've been trying, but the sheer number of new figures coming out (and life) is making it hard to keep on top of.
  14. Same problem here. On my second order and no sign of it yet. The Donald Duck heads looks a bit too big for a Howard The Duck custom :(
  15. My 7 year old has had a few Bohzi sets and built them with no problems. Figs are ok, although there always seems to be a dimple on head moulds (not a problem if there's hair though).
  16. They're not listed as a particular brand, but the bases on the superheroes are the same. http://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/6584154020.html?orderId=66576780309157
  17. I have those! Same company made a second wave, which isn't as bad. I did buy them for the novelty value knowing they'd be awful.
  18. Snap. My son got the Lego set for his birthday so it'll be good to compare against the SY version.
  19. That Lego set is £30 ($45) here in the UK. I found lots of pics here:
  20. They could be a copy of the Mega Bloks figures?
  21. MY Dargo AOU figures arrived yesterday. Quality is much better than the previous waves I've picked up.
  22. I've got quite a few Bozhi figures. They always seem to have dimples in the top of their heads, and never at the back. Other than that a step up from Dargo, JLB etc
