I stand corrected, you are right I was mixing up the books and the movies. I will change my gripe to they could have at least given us arm printing and fixed his shirt color.

Looks like the Hermione in robes and Harry Diagon Alley are the only reprint figures. The Harry should have been the Harry that first gets on the train, not Diagon Alley Harry, doesn't make a ton of sense Trolley Witch would have been good to get the other version A bunch of these figs are just really close to what we already have, still a good selection, but they could have tightened it up a bit.

Depends what you are after, is it fun builds, accuracy, minfigs, some combination of that, or sets that haven't been redone? I think 4762 Rescue from the Merpeople is a fun set, it is small and has some a few fun figures, I don't think it stands up in quality to recent sets, but it also hasn't been remade, yet. I feel much the same about 4752 Professor Lupin's Classroom. A set that has been kind of remade is 4766 Grave Yard Duel. This set is fun to put on a baseplate and integrate with the new Graveyard. It is also just a fun Halloween set regardless of theme, looks great next to the Lego Haunted House set 10228. I find the 4 castles all have their charm but again it really comes down to what your goals are when obtaining a set. For reference I have every HP set minus a few promo builds

I made this data set/ viz to be able to look at HP minifigs and do some basic analysis. See what movies most figs come from, who has been made, where the gaps might be, and so on. One of the big things I tried to do is list what movie the figure comes from regardless of the Lego sub theme. Some characters show up in multiple movies and sub themes with the same outfit (hey Hagrid), but I default to the first movie the outfit shows up in. This is by no means perfect, and I still have some things to tinker with but I figured I'd show the group. Another minifig movie question, this Professor Trelawney looks to be from Deathly Hallows 2, but with the headpiece reused from the collectible minifig line from Prisoner of Azkaban. Was this combination used in another scene I missed, or is this simply a mismatched combo?

I'm not saying it's weird for real life, just in context of the movies, they normally don't repeat the costumes for the kids. Turns out I am wrong anyways, they are similar sweaters but not the same. What I've learned from starting at so many outfits in this series is the costume designers love stripes You are correct. Different but similar sweaters

Thank you, I thought it might be the case, but I wasn't sure if they had Hermione wear it at one point. They did some weird things with the costumes, Hermione wears the her striped sweater in Both PoA and OotP.

Sorry if this is the wrong spot, but I am trying to link all the HP minifigures to the correct movie and I am having trouble with this Hermione. If you know what movie this is from can you please let me know? To me it almost looks like a sweater/jumper Ginny wears.

Regarding Griphook, I think it makes more sense if it's the Clankers from DH

Overall pretty good, but I agree the placement was a bit off for some of the builds. What I would like to see in the future is figures that aren't specifically canon but good for the holiday, like how the Star Wars Calendars put a Xmas hat on BB8, I'd love to see Santa Hagird and if not that blatant I'd love to see Hermione and Ginny in Weasley Jumpers. I know that isn't in the books or movies but I think it is probably safe to add and I think it would be fun.
