In Episode 7: The Bathub you can see one of the most iconic scenes in the whole series: Over the radio, Lucas warns the others that the "Bad Men" are coming. They then leave on their bikes as they are pursued by Brenner and various other Hawkins Lab agents, driving in "Hawkins Power & Light" vans. During the chase, they reunite with Lucas, but soon find that the agents are not far behind. As they are trying to get away, one of the vans blocks their path. Eleven uses her powers to flip the van, ensuring their escape. My vignette Shows exactly this scene. First I build the van and unfortunately there was no way to build the Hawkins power and light sign with bricks because the words are too long, but for me it was important to have the sign on the van and I'm no friend of own printed stickers so I use CGI ;) I edited the sign on the van, but the creation itself is puristic. To hold the van in this angle I used a LEGO support piece, I choose a photo angle in which you can't see the stand. My third Stranger Things vignette shows the gate inside the Hawkins National Laboratory, which plays a important role in the Netflix series. It is the entrance to a different world, the Upside Down.. It contains the same locations and infrastructure as the human world, but it is much darker, colder and obscured by an omnipresent fog while ash-like spores drift through the air. In Episode 4: The body you can see inside the Hawkins Laboratory one of Brenner's workers attached to a security line goes through the gate to the alternate dimension. The worker reaches the other side, but the Monster seemingly finds him and cuts the worker off from the security line. Brenner's crew was not able to reel him back in time, instead pulling out a metal hook smothered in blood. My second Stranger Things vignette shows the living room of the Byers family. Will Byers is gone and Joyce, his mother, thinks that he talk to her with the lights, so she attached in the complete living room christmas lights that she can talk with Will. Joyce gets the idea to write letters on the white green wallpaper to understand what Will want to say her. Exactly this show my vignette: Joyce climbs on the white yellow couch and starts to paint the wall, she hold on the christmas lights. After LEGO published the Stranger Things set and I searched for an Netlfix series I can watch I absolutely felt in love with this series, so I decided to start a smal Vignette series, every chapter will get his own Vignette. The first vignette shows the opening scene of the series, in which the boys ( Will,Mike, Dustin and Lucas) play a 10 hour round of Dungeons and Dragons in the Basement of Mike Wheeler. 1899, the United States of America After some adventures Arthur Morgan return to Rhodes, a town in the southwest of Saint Denis. As he walk through the town he perceive a man which walks near the gunsmith. The man stops walking and Arthur hears a voice but the man doesn't speak. The citizen kneel to the gunsmith and talks to the basement grid. There is a young man which is locked-in into the basement of the gunsmith shop. The man doesn't want to help the young boy but he gets Arthur's attention. After the citizen left the scene Arthur walks to the grid and talks with the boy: the gunsmith has locked him in and he is crazy, the boy needs Morgans help. Arthur wants to help him so he put on his mask and go into the gunsmith shop, aim with his gun on the seller and force him to show Arthur the basement. Both walk down the stairs and there is a young boy which is linked to a bed. The basement looks like a nursery. The gunsmith explains that he lost his child and one day he met the young boy which looks like his lost child so he decided to kidnap him and put him a sailor shirt on, because his child wears it often. Morgan release the trapped boy and left the gunsmith shop. What will Arthur do with the gunsmith , will he kill him or will he let him alive ? I decided to build the gunsmith shop because of the interesting background Story with the kidnaped boy in the basement. Unfortunately there isn't a fitting part or sticker for the gunsmith sign so I only build the sign without letters on it, but I think it works well. 1899, the United states of America On a long trip Arthur arrived on Manito Glade. There is a hermit's home which is surrounded by a fence and "Keep out" signs. Morgan went into the hut and the hermit wanted to shoot him down. Arthur killed him and searched inside the hut for valuable items. He found a torn treasure map. After some adventures Arthur found on the western side of West Elizabeth a female hermit. Her home is far northwest of Wallace Station. Arthur followed Little Creek River into the mountains and the hermit's home is in the woods off to the right. She will send her three dogs upon Arthur when he got close to her home. He killed all three of them and the hermit herself so Morgan can safely collect the other half of the Torn treasure map. The map piece is inside the house inside a drawer. After Arthur collected both halves of the Torn treasure Map, he head down to the town of Armadillo. Northwest of the town along the state line near Rattlesnake Hollow, the outlaw Arthur found a small cave entrance. He had to bend down to enter the cave. Inside the cave is Otis Miller's revolver, as well as six "erotic photographs". Inside the cave is Otis Miller's treasure with his golden revolver. I decided to build the three different rock layers in tan, dark tan and dark orange. 1899, the United States of America On a trip to Saint Denis Arthur Morgan crosses Rhodes, a small town in the near of Saint Denis. Arthur links his horse close to the Rhodes train station and walk a bit on the dirty streets of Rhodes. The ground is sandy and there are many small stones. On the left and on the right side are plants, some yellow and white flowers and a small shrub. Close to it are rocks and a bird with a red beak is sitting on a big one. On the street is a black man with his tormentor, which torture the black man and force him to do his work. Arthur go for a walk and after a few meters a man walks to Arthur and ask him : “Where’s Gavin?” The man searchs for his buddy Gavin but could’t find him. This time, it is a small vignette (24x26 studs) with a black border like my first Red Dead II creation.Why a small vignette? The landscape is interesting but in the game aren’t a lot of exciting scenes so I decided to show you only the landscape and a meeting with an interesting character. The MOC shows a small section of the streets of Rhodes, a small town in the game. The streets are dark orange and very sandy and close to the street are some plants,flowers and rocks. 1899, the United States of America With the heat in Valentine having died down , Bill thinks it’s finally time to hit the bank. Karen, Lenny, Bill and Arthur Morgan rides to Valentine. They arrive there and Karen asks the others how she should do the distraction: Should Karen make the lost girl or the Harlot? Arthur decides the “lost girl” version and the 4 outlaws walks to the bank, which consists of red bricks. Over the door is a big sign “Bank”. Around the bank are some people : one man connect his hourse, another man feed a dog with meat, a farmer chops wood and collect it and a fourth man go to work. Lenny, Bill and Arthur put on their masks and Karen go into the bank with her dark red dress. After her distraction the 3 other Van-der-Linde gang members assault the bank. Can they survive and escape with a lot of money or will they die? The bank is my biggest creation and I had to order a lot of parts that I can build it. From the beginning of our collab I wanted to build a bank rober because it was one of my favourite story missions in the videogame. I chose the first one ( yes there are more bank robberies) because Valentine is my favourite town in the game. I had a lot of fun building it and I try to catch the reference as best as possible. To reach that goal I spend a lot of time in front of the bank in the game to observe NPCs and I took many pictures of the bank. 1899, the United States of America Before the Van der Linde gang can rob the Saint Denis bank, Dutch convinces Arthur that they must kill Angelo Bronte, a wealthy Italian businessman and crime boss. They visit Thomas, a local fisherman, to procure a skiff for the assault on Bronte's mansion, but for that, they have to cross the bayou. Can Arthur, Dutch and Thomas survive the trip through the home of alligators or will they die? 1899, the United States of America Arhtur arrives in the Van der Linde gang camp near Strawberry and Micah, one of the gang members has a mission for him. He wants help to rob a banking coach that heads into Strawberry around this time. Morgan and Micah riding to the spot and wait for the coach. After a certain time, the banking coach appears and the two outlaws block the street. Will they be successful and rob the banking coach or will they die? 1899, the United States of America. After a meeting with Theodore Levin Arthur Morgan have to search for some gunslinger. Morgan found some information on the backside of a photo of Flaco, so he travels to the Cairn Lake near Colter in the Grizzly mountains. Arthur arrives and he discovers a old and wooden cabin. There is a tent and two gang mebers too, the rest of his gang is on a hunt. Morgan wants to talk with Flaco and knocks on the door. He said that he is here for talking about Jim "Boy" Calloway ( Levin wants to write a book about him). Flaco leaves the cabin, said "here is your message" and wants a duel with Arthur. The scene shows the meteor house, a house with a nice easter egg: a meteor crashes into the house and kills the family in there. I love that easter egg as I discovered it so I had to build it. Behind Morgan are 2 Del Lobo gang members too so will he have a chance against the majority of gang members? This picture shows all of my MOCs I've created in 2018. For me it was a great year with 29 creations. Yes, 29 MOCs, not like the years before with 12 MOCs, one per month, no, this year I build 29 MOCs. Why is that so? I started to build this year very late ( in May) so I collect a lot of ideas I want to realise. After my Abitur examination I had the time to build with my LEGO bricks. It was also a special year for me not only because of the amount of MOCs I've build but also because I released my first own ebook with a lot of building techniques, experiences and things I wanted to share with you. The feedback was very good, I'm very happy that you like my work and maybe there will be a volume 2 ebook in the future. I also want to das thank you because of the great support , all the likes, comments ans everything else you did to support my work. In 2018 I was very motivated and I had a lot of Fun with this hobby, I would claim I had more fun in this year as the years before. I hope that motivation will excist 2019 too that I can present new stuff to you. My LEGO year 2018 by KevFett2011, auf Flickr 2019 can be a great year too, Till (Tuxedo Greedo) and I planned a Red Dead Redemption 2 collaboration, so you will get some western Style MOCs in the future. 1899 - the United States of America. Arthur Morgan is on a trip to Strawberry, a little village in New Hanover. Morgan enjoys the nature, so he travels near a river. Rabbits, snails, snakes and birds are around him so the situation looks very peaceful. After a certain time two outlaws appears on the road and want to raid Arthur.
