Pardon my ignorance, I like the original SW line only, but who/what is Mace Windu? Link or pic?

If the hand is un-moveable, how can we make them duel? It doesn't bother me that much, it's just a but annoying. Jindroush, how do you get to the battery to replace it once it runs out? The hand (I'm talking about that usually yellow movable thing) is unmovable, but in slight angle, so two sabres can cross. The angle is cca 25-30 degrees from vertical when looking into the fig's face. Re: the battery replacement, I don't think it was made for it. Probably very handy guys can open the critter, but definitely it was not the intent |-D So I assume few hundred clicks and... dark. Re: the problematic design: a) the minifigs hands are the same for Star Wars (sabre) and the policeman (lantern) = cheaper b) this design is fool proof, you can't simply break the wires inside the arm, because they won't let you. c) don't forget who's the intended age group (3-7 years old boys)

The arm and the saber are one part (ie hand is non-movable). The arm can move, but only in about 90-100 degrees angle (not above head and there is small bit of plastic on saber's handle to prevent it go 'backwards'). The hand/saber is light enough, the battery is hidden in the body. Hips and body are one part.

But the Police Boat is 4+, and that's no-no for most of the people I know :^D They were also selling the special edition of Capt. Redbeard Pirate Ship in Germany with the same motor. That ship is 4+ also, but my son is going to get it this Christmas anyways, althought he's still 4- :-D But I believe the speeder floats, those red parts must float.

I was told multiple times that the material expenses for toys is under 10% of the price of final product. And I believe that. So I'd be suprised if that motor would cost more than 1 dollar. 4669 costs $20 and contains the same motor. If the seller gets cca 40%, it's 12 dollars which should go to TLC (and generate some profit).

I'm giving up. Why do you need some 'confirmation' when you clearly see the german dealer catalogue is not picturing the real sets at least in three cases? There is a proof in my previous message. What else are you waiting for? Who are 'they'?

IT IS CLEAR EVEN FOR BLIND!!! that the thing from the german dealer catalogue IS A PROTOTYPE. Because of the time span, it's impossible for the dealer catalogue to have the latest info. The same could be cross-checked for 7238 (see the stickers on the back), and 7245 - different light on the roof. The other sets, 7242, 7248 and 7249 can't be cross-checked agains other source yet, but it's clear that they contain the stickers and have the finished look. I'd like to ask you to reword your messages, here, on the title page and on the FBTB forum. One of us will look like a fool in the March, and I don't think it would be me.

Missing all these 'the-prototype-was-better' replies? The 'real one' is of the same length, 2 studs wider, has better wheels, better color scheme and long telescopic boom. The _only_ drawback I see is the absence of metal hook. EDIT: And the reason of the 'prototype' pictures - the scans are most probably from German dealer catalogue. Because it takes some time to prepare printed materials, there's no wonder the have to put there 'unfinished' pictures. And it's also clear to see, that most boxes there are just mockups.
