Well maybe they weren't allowed to name them Orcs due to copywright issues... ~Peace

This pic's my favourite. The knight has that shining light around him, but he tower still keeps that dark intimidating look. *y* But what the heck is the ground made of? Reminds me of the stuff from StarCraft... ~Peace

Great job xwingyoda and SirNadroj!! *yoda* Your vig is very cool, awesome terrain, looks really cool! Great idea too! *y* *y* SirNadroj Awesome vig! Certainly a unique idea, 3 different deaths! Excellent! :-D *y* *y* Doug7172 Nice vig, that shark head looks really cool, and fits the skeleton well! :-P :-D :-D *y* ~Peace

I bought the Fenris (or is it Fenrir?) Wolf set, the Wyvern dragon set, and the Nidhogg dragon set. Mainly for the beasts, and the helmets and weapons. ~Peace

I only ever got the 1st movie... on tape... Never saw any of the other ones around. ~Peace

Still not quite sure... which left? You did post pics form all angles... *wacko* I'm so confused!! 8-| ~Peace

:-D :-D Nice job LuxorV! Simple, but done well, cool! *y* ~Peace

I love the flying boulder effects. I have to say though, he looks neither surprised, nor pleased. However, this is still a great vig, a good representation of one of my favourite scenes from the trilogy (of 5). *y* *y* ~Peace

The MF coming to New Zealand will get here soon... plus a year. Yep, about this time next year. And my good friend dragonater is planning on getting one, if I'm not mistaken. Expect high numbers. :-D ~Peace

Woo! Another great contest idea, and another one I'll be entering! However, the model may take a bit longer this time, as it's not a vig, and I want to make it look good! I don't expect to win, there are a lot of great builders here, but it's all lots of fun and I'm looking forward to see what everyone else comes up with. :-D :-D Also, I'll most likely be keeping this, maybe adding to it to accommodate my other sig-fig, if I can find him. ~Peace

Yup, I didn't post it last night as I ran out of time, but I posted it as soon as I got back home today. Also, I adore your intro vig, it's fantastic! Very creative, and would certainly result in the Skellies imminent death! The woodchipper is built very well, reminds me of a 'special interrogation' form the Punisher game. :-D Doctor Sinister; I love the introduction, very funny and cool. The invention itself is nicely built, with great colours and a very, well, inventive way of taking care of the Skellie problem! :-D *y* Grevious; Awesome weapon! I can imagine that frying a Skellie! Looks very neat, futuristic and medieval at the same time! Great job! *y* ~Peace

Looks good! I like the fold out rockets. The colouring is awesome too. *y* *y* ~Peace

These look nice. *y* *y* Have you ever thought of doing torsos for City civilians? ~Peace

Can you deeplink some of these? The folder's not yet public. ~Peace

Post Apocolyptic Duck Boats: Fight Against the Mutant Sharks!
iamded replied to SirNadroj's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Why not, like was previously suggested, do an air based scene? With some sort of flying contraption and some mutant birds, or dragons or something? We can't have you stop building post-apoc, not yet! ~Peace -
Great job to both our contestants so far! They're bother very creative! Nice intro Dr S., is that skeleton urinating on those flowers? X-O :-P And Grevious, it's nice to see a reference to your reviews. *y* Anyway, here's my contraption, or rather, method of destroying skeletons. It appears the use of heat has a popular method so far, and if that extremely hot object were to crush the skeleton, well, I'd say he'd be pretty dead. X-D Here's an overview of the vig. Sorry for the grainy pics, camera phone. :-| :-/ That meteor took me a while to make, in fact it was the part that took the longest to make! I had to borrow all my trans-orange pieces and flame pieces from my displays for this! >:-( :-P A little foliage, some rocks, oh, and the chained down skellie, he ain't goin' no where! >:-) A shot of the battlements I'm standing on, summoning a meteor from the heavens with my Flailing Flame Staff. :-D A closer shot of the vig, giving more detail. Kind of. I need a new camera... ~Peace

Nice modifications you've done to the tank there! I must say it looks a lot better. May I ask which one is your sig-fig though? ~Peace
-
Are you sure you mean Brickset? Or Brickshelf? If Brickshelf's the case, well then here's mine. ~Peace
-
This is cool very artistic, but I absolutely adore that mini plane! It's very clever, doesn't use much pieces, and looks awesome! Great job! *y* *y* ~Peace

Okay (not ok-ey) dokey. This is a competition idea I like, so I couldn't wait to enter. :-D ~Peace

Man Stauder, you look, like, 7 in that picture! X-O

How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could Chuck Norris? X-D I'm pretty sure I read that on this forum, in a spammy discussion about woodchucks in another thread. ~Peace
-
My vig's made, just need to take crappy phone pics (:-|), upload them, then post them here! :-D ~Peace EDIT: Posted in the entry thread! Good luck to the other contestants!
-
Woo! I want to enter straight away, but if I want any chance of winning, I'll need to think of a creative way of killing... I'll definately be entering though! Great contest Hinckley! *y* :-D

Awesome interview. Possibly the best so far. :-D Keep it up guys! *y* ~Peace
