  1. Beg pardon, but I believe there are several other threads on this subject, for instance, natelite promised us to keep tabs on all the sets he got, as he went with BM this year. And just for the record, I'm as excited as you are! ;-)
  2. Hmm, we DID see Dodonna in LSW2 at the end of the movie; I don't remember Rebo, but I am glad to see him if he's in, and the others are just whatevers to me. A ceremonial Luke sounds good, though! 8-
  3. Build ON! *y* I just say, keep it up VASTERAS! (sorry, I don't have all that cool stuff on my keyboard :-$ )
  4. No, no, then Lando's cousin would be Mando, and that is just wrong on so many levels. :-P JK! Good one, though. X-D
  5. Wow... These are... Just... Well, unusual. Alligators and Walruses in the crowd... Jabba is a... Ewoks and Chewie as little people... Ok, these are just frightening. Yeah, yeah, they were at a loss and had too few materials, but really: The maker should have waited for TLC to do the line, although the Millenium Falcon is the real gold award here!
  6. The person above me has been mislead by a Lieutenant Colonel(no one has ever been banned for posting too much here, I mean, look at Norrington! ;-) ).
  7. Mondo basically means giant-sized. Yeah, but it would be much more intricate if each leg moved. Although TLC could be evil and make only four legs move with the middle two just limping along. Still, if Lego is making Sergeants, Lieutenants, pilots and what have you(IF, mind you) then an AT-TE is needed.
  8. Posted. Sorry for missing this. :-$ Still, your MOCs are a work of art and we all will always know who made them because he posted them first. *knight* This guy is probably just a low-life who wants to mess up other people's lives just for fun. >:-( *n* SHAME!
  9. Yeah, it's just been so long... X-D Anyways, it's just gone out of control. 'Nuff said.
  10. Fair enough. I surely didn't mean any harm, as when he saw my post and didn't return fire that showed that he took no offense. And, I never fired back to try and insult him since that was never my intention. :-) One question, though, and mind you, I might be missing something big here, but why, in the thread title, are Legos referred to as Capitalist? Maybe I missed something in the vid, but if not, could there be a deeper reason? 8-
  11. Hmm, if Lego will make a mondo-size RGS, then they should make a mondo-size AT-TE or something. The V-19 will probably be in the next wave of four. I wonder: Will Lego do what they did with Indy; give the sets out four at a time for two different periods, like maybe four sets for the first two Clone Wars, then four more for the new one?(which would probably be what we saw) And will Anakin's JSF be counted in the new wave, or will there be 9 CW sets overall?
  12. TDF: *sits down and sighs* Very well. I never said they didn't go back together... Anyway, I wonder: Will Saesee Tinn have a helmet like he did in the first Episode? Probably not, but it would be cool to see some innovative flip-hatching on an actual minifig head. Btw, how many times I've slipped past Vader's anger... I should be called the Darth Dodger. Anyway, I apologize for being such a pain. There's really no excuse for my actions, and I am now on a 24/7 fight watch. Translation: I will control my mouth and try and see what might be really annoying to other people even if it makes perfect sense to me.
  13. *TDF laughs so hard he can't even write a 'The person above you' because the person above me is so funny. *
  14. I don't know why they would dissolve into the ground. Durge obviously can control all parts of his body at all times, so he clearly wasn't reforming with the intention of fighting Obi-wan again, hence the reason his parts seperated. At least that's my take on it. And if you like the character so much(I do too! X-D ) then why are you all for the 'He died in the series' theory? *wacko*
  15. :-D :-P Eaten! The person above me has stated a stately statement stated with the stately intention of instating a certain understanding of stately statements largely involving the stately state of using the stately word state and all of its statementary stately statelets. *y* ;-)
  16. *wacko* Now I'm confused. That's exactly what I said. I didn't guarantee a new account, that's why you ask and you make sure you are competant and trustworthy enough. Clearly this system is easily enforced, and someone would have to be a fool to try and slip past it, IMO.
  17. No problem. As a conservative, I don't hold grudges or take offense that easily. :-P Anyway, I have to fly your first sentence back at ya'. I certainly am not ranting! X-O Also, if you watch Hardball with Chris Matthews, you will see these crackpots and Chris's exceptionally wide mouth(from which I achieved his worthy title since he ate them as much as Slick Willie) I don't deny that these are known facts. Woah. Empire? Isn't that a little harsh? Ok, if you want proof, here's proof: To wrap up my statements, I think that the school is just absolutely out of whack. Period. Oh, and Joebot, I agree with you. It's not like I love every one of the Fox people. Hannity and Colmes(unless something special is on the show, for instance, a debate), the O'Reilly Factor, and Geraldo at Large.
  18. No. Durge did not die in the Animated Series. You can see his form re-forming itself as you see the clones and Obi-wan leave the building, so that just tells you that he didn't die. And if these sets are the real thing, then we can definitely expect Durge in the new series. Back to the sets: Who else thinks that the new RGS(damn TLC if they don't :'-( ) will be twice the size of the first one? I think it will be.
  19. You talk as if you actually have a point. Let's look at MSNBC, shall we? Owned and operated by none other than the Democratic Party, and all the commentators there have a job at the place and they are payed to spout the trash that they do. To prove it, in a youTube video, one of the ones when Chris Whopper filling Matthews curses, he quickly says to one of his fellow liberal commentators who in all of his time on MSNBC has never listed MSNBC Employee under his name: 'Shrum, get that off the tape.' It was Bob Shrum, to be exact. So, in your words, 'Is it any wonder that MSNBC is so Left Winged?' What's that you say? WSJ is bought out by murdoch? I may start watching and listening! They actually may straighten out!
  20. The person above me wants to get embarassed-not a character trait popularly found in your everyday story character. :-D
  21. He was killed by Anakin in a space ship when Anakin ripped off his helmet and drove him insane, then using this temporary insanity to push him into an escape pod previously set to fly into a star which finally killed him once and for all. So I don't see what's wrong with having him in a ship since the series takes place anywhere between his death and his first appearance. *wacko*
  22. You are right about it being hard to please SW fans! Btw, I am in the US and I have always called it TLC! *wacko* Oh. I guess you didn't know that. :-$ :-P Still, I wonder: Will the CW sets be the entirety of late 2008 or will it be a seperate line? Because that would mean 14 SW sets(judging that they make 6 sets like usual) including any number of UCS sets in late 2008!
  23. The person above me is in the prime of Citizenship(when I posted this)! Congrats! *y*
  24. Ehh, off topic to the next level? What are you talking about? *wacko* Anyway, this is what will happen if a liberal/Democrat becomes president! Legos are the toy equivalent of Boy Scouts to the Dems(Boy Scouts = a communist paramilitary orginization |-/ :-| ). I just can't believe they banned them. I mean, when will the kids learn about ownership? I know sharing is a good thing, but this has too far, IMO. *sad*
  25. Welcome to EB, Jeremy! I see your point, Klaus-Dieter, and it is a good one. So many people don't even know what EU is, and TLC(why do you call it TLG?) is throwing lots of customers out the window with the new stuff. I mean, sure, the stuff is great; good articulation, spiffy new figs and new heads(Vader's Apprentice is like an angry Luke or the Epi. 2 Anakin on the front of LSW 1), and new models, but TLC is literally leaping over the mounds of OT stuff left to be made! Heck, they've made more PT/EU figs than they've made of OT figs! They haven't even made a decent, possibly modular, Cantina! While I'm not a purist(OT only) I do agree with KD since I want both of them, not really placing my like on any of the subthemes!
