What? WHAT? WHAT? You're KIDDING! He makes the coolest and most detailed TV series ever, and then makes an episode about Jar Jar? And you call him great?
-
Well, what with the recent... Ah, I really have no clue. Yes; Armored Assault Tank. It's in the actual product name. ATT would be Armored Troop Transport, and that would never do, as the MTT is the only noteworthy ground based Troop Transport in the CIS arsenal. Negative; it's 'I'. Oky and I agree on this: The Solar Sailer should be spelt Sailer.
-
Yeah, just a tack. Talking of Solar Sailors, is it Sailor or Sailer? Sailor would refer to a person who sails and Sailer would refer to a thing that sails. Come to think of it it's probably Sailer. But if it's Sailor it'll have two ls, two os, two Ss, and two as!

And behind it on the rightmost arm you can see the light bley sticks sticking out behind the thing. It's no secret they're flick fire. Now to just find the speeder...

Like your favorite TV show? I disagree. Your favorite TV show is gay. Kitten ain't. *bleep* Hogwash! Let him be banned, the bastard. We don't need noobs like him around here, not if we want to remain sane, that is.

EPIC FAIL. Let's see you make something better, eh? Mr. I like Code Puke-o-ko... In regards to the MOC, I like it! Very clever use of the feet on the chest and shoulders.

And I'm quite miserable for similar but not TOO similar reasons...

And the next president of the United States is...

Sigh... I disagree with him on every issue, but... I can't ever bring myself to like him. Honest to goodness it'll be hard to sleep tonight. McCain is so 'honorable' that he doesen't even want the people to boo Obama... I don't understand him. It seems he didn't even care about the election. I wish he actually was doing it to save the nation from who is a dangerously inexperienced candidate. Oh well, time to go to bed and pray for a better future. Goodness knows this country needs one. And I hope my above comments haven't broken any rules; if this topic is locked so be it. -
Notice how we don't have a confirmation of it as a set.

Nah, Maul's probe droids are the size of a minifig head with an antenna and this is the size of a minifig. That'd be the day, though... I hope they'll make an appearance in the series! EDIT: Wow, nice find, Klaus! It's smaller than Varsegi's, but it's a lot more studless. I'd love to see that in a box, though.

Oh, it was. I agree that the tank is very well done(although notice that that gap on the bottom front is a little wider in the actual model), but the shuttle is also well done, considering proportions. The coloring on the wings is perfect, as is the side and top of the ship(albeit the missile thing which kinda sticks out but is probably retractable), and the cockpit is only slightly inaccurate as the twin gun pods and the bit of yellow both should be further forward; indeed, most of the red overhang should be removed in this instance. Also, remember all ye Ziro wanters: Purple no mo.

Really? I haven't seen the rocket arm yet. This is Hasbro's representation of the droid, and I don't see anything like that except for two clunky shooting things, but the assumption that these arms were only applied later in the war bears no fruit seeing as you encounter Supers right after you meet up with Sev and they have these arms, and that's on Geonosis. But maybe it's only the SBDs in close quarters, which would sorta make sense because in Epi. 2 and Epi. 3 you only see SBDs with a measly laser arm. Ah well, I'll wait for the series. Yeah, notice the 'Pirate' in the name. Black Sun ON! Most people say(and I haven't seen the movie; I patiently await the DVD release ) that his voice sounds like a child molester.
-
Well, in Republic Commando they have one. You can shoot off the other arm but it'll still shoot at you with that arm, and shoot rockets as well. It'll probably be something from a future episode in the series. But another Turbo Tank...

Y'know? I didn't think of that. He's been watching me post for a year or so now and is better than me, I think, so you'll probably not even notice me gone. I think I'll just let him use this account. I'm sure he can make it to Duke faster than I can. Anyways, since I'll still be popping in now and then I'll just give him the password and he can use it. You won't notice I'm gone; he's really good. -
Bah, studs make the world go round!

Oh, I think I kinda understand. They pick a dark, but exciting theme. Although that's basically saying Elfman's music is similar to John Williams' work for all three other trilogies? Or rather saying that the selections from Elfman's score are dark, in coordination to the selections from Williams' work? I'm no doubt confusing you...

This is the one by Tommy Lee Jones, right? I'm informed that that movie sucked? Nice use of Cruncher's head, though! I look forward to the Animated Series version!

This topic reminds me: I have to change my name to turn over my account to my brother; things are getting too hectic what with College and stuff. -
True, and Lego's is far from tough enough to take on the TX-130... But the great thing about the AAT is that you can army build it and army build clones, SBDs with sweet arms, B-1s, AND a new Yoda that can sell quite well on eBay! And you know? Maybe the Tank Droid will have a Luminara Unduli figure! Yes, I like it as well! Very, as someone else said, Samuel Jacksony!

What d'you mean? This music is the music from the score from Tim Burton's Batman movie. It's not in Lego Indy or in Lego Star Wars.

Fascinating! I agree with KimT; a rerelease of that awesome Castle would be just right! *I capitalize the C in Castle because I am referring to THE Lego Castle, the first one EVER.
-
Do you know how BIG that is? I doubt Erik would want that to be sold, and I also doubt TLC could get that into a box smaller than the Taj Mahal, the largest Lego set to date. Yes; last year I got the Rogue Shadow and Rebel and Imperial BP as well as a few Indy sets on Christmas because the night before we were going around like crazy to each Toy's 'R' Us down in New Jersey... If it happens again this year I'm a happy camper. My friend, if you go into the real world with the impression video games has given you of it, you will be disappointed. Hear, hear! Besides, look how big and bada$$ they made the TX-130.

A sharpie marker and an Indy hat?
trooperdavinfelth replied to samthelegoman1's topic in General LEGO Discussion
If I wanted to paint one of my many fedoras(and who doesen't have tons since he's in every set? ) I'd use real paint; my dad paints 1/6 scale WW2, WW1, and Modern stuff, in addition to collecting them, and he could easily paint one black or white. But sharpie is best on a torso, in my opinion, and only really for clones. If you want, just go out to the paint section of your average Wal-Mart and find the section with the small paint can/bottle/things. Now just find the color and see if there are any instructions; usually you need a primer, but if you can find a nice paint that doesen't need a primer and doesen't bubble or jumble up then get it. Once home just use a smallish brush and apply smoothly. ALWAYS smooth out creases and bumps in this way. -

*ahem* It's called a fedora. It's in the big farm set with the white and black cows.
