I really doubt it. We probably won't see him until phase 4 in like 2018.

I would love to give sam alexander a fair chance as a character but why did he have to become nova? He could've been his own hero. the idea of replacing characters really only works if the original character has really run it's course. there was plenty of stories left to tell of richard rider but now we will hear less from him since he's been unnecessarily replaced.

well nova and beetle were included because of the spiderman cartoon.

I think were pretty far away from a green lantern set happening but I think he definitely should (and probably will) show up alongside batman or even superman in a set similar to flash and aquaman.

I think another big problem with DC and what's been great for marvel is just how relevant their characters are. Marvel has had Spider man, Iron man, Hulk, Thor, Cap, Loki, Wolverine, Hawkeye, Black widow, and Falcon (in the upcoming Cap 2) all show up in blockbuster movies for all audiences in the last 3 years. Many of those characters have multiple movie appearances. Most of those characters could sell their own lego set. Meanwhile DC hasn't had any of their characters in the spotlight besides Man of steel and Dark knight rises. Even the animated shows aren't really worthy of any sets except for maybe the Batman show. So really besides Superman and Batman dc doesn't have any characters that are relevant outside of the comics (I highly doubt Arrow is relevant among Lego's target audience). I don't know if my point is coming across but whatever.

What DC/Marvel Hero/Villain Do You Most Want To See Made In LEGO?

I'm skeptical they'd ever do a Superhero minifig line but all this talk has me interested. I really think they'd only have a couple big name heroes though in order to keep people buying the sets. Here's my line for marvel: Daredevil Wolverine Moon Knight Nova Human Torch Black Panther Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers) Deadpool Ghost Rider Mr. Fantastic Ant Man Agent Coulson (or maybe just a random SHIELD agent) She-Hulk Punisher Electra -
The thing with that Xmen CUUSOO is that it's huge. It's licensed and it's huge. I just really have a hard time imagining Lego making that since it wouldn't sell as much as the $40 ones.

I'm curious about the upcoming Xmen jet set, what is it based on? or is it just random set, styled after classic xmen comics? either way I really like the idea of sets that aren't heavily based on the movies or cartoons and are just cool super hero scenarios and vehicles. As for the Marvel vs DC bickering it doesn't bother me (i'm more a marvel fan then a dc fan), what does bother me is the petty argument's people are getting into over small continuity issues. The amount of snarkiness in some people's comments is so unnecessary.

I think it would be cool to see sets that aren't based on specific movie scenes or cartoons and don't have some ridiculous looking vehicle. Sets resembling classic (or cliche) comic themes. Alley Rescue: $10- $15, set includes a dark dirty alleyway with perhaps a dumpster or fire escape, Figures: Daredevil (or perhaps Batman or Spiderman), thug/thief armed with a knife, and frightened civilian with purse or wallet. Any sets with city elements incorporated would be cool.
