    With the 2 side buildings that makes the police station about 20 studs wide :( We’ll just call this a Police Annex.

    It looks like the green building on the right side (excluding the ground floor) is more of the police station. The green on the right (ground floor) looks like a newspaper stand.

    They’re teasing us, how exciting!!! looking at the shrouded picture again, it looking like it might be set back enough on the baseplate to have the tall stairs like a typical Bronx style police station.

    I have it. I built it. I sure was surprised when it was finished and it only contained one real book. They could have easily added one or 2 more...

    My windshield was even worse! And ALL of my window pieces (except the 2 small ones) were scratched too. I requested all new ones. If they come scratched I’ll request new ones again, until LEGO makes it right.

    My biggest complaint about the book shop is it only has one actual book. It’s a shop that sells books, and it only has ONE book.

    But the roof comment doesn’t make sense. The linked MOC Modular has the same roof as the Palace Cinema...

    I don’t know how I feel about this. If it’s too “Italian” it might not blend with my city very well... I could always make it an Italian restaurant!

    Just got home with mine. All of the windows are scratched, the windshield badly. :(
