  1. Would you take a Robo Fed in return for the Jango Fett? If so, what variant is Jango?
  2. Neat-o!
  3. Where do you get the pizza and the keyboard? The keyboard would be perfect for an upcoming MOC I'm planning.
  4. I have to agree with Minoton, the blur behind Flash is really neat, I never would've thought of that myself. The building is also very nicely designed. The use of capes for Soloman Grundy's jacket is also something I never would've thought of. And the collection of smashed bricks around Superman is a nice touch. Overall, a beautiful MOC!
  5. This is amazing! So detailed! I espescially like the 'bubble' studs in the water, nice touch! Also, sorry if it's a dumb question, but where did you get the coke machine?
  6. I never knew this... very interesting!
  7. I agree with TheLegoDr. How could he possibly steal sets that big? Most sets that cost about $20 are too big for me to even imagine anyone concealing them. He must have one bulky jacket!
  8. My most recent purchase was the Cloud Cuckoo Palace set. It's kind of a hard set to build! :P
  9. That's really cool! I'm highly anticipating Guardians of the Galaxy and I'm going to see it Saturday. Could you post a list of all the pieces needed to build this so maybe I could take a stab at it? Thanks!
  10. I could use those. Maybe 4 of each? I'm already thinking of some things I could make with those. I'll look around and see if I have anything that I could get rid of.
  11. Of course, I don't have this, but look at this thing. It's... it's at an OUTRAGEOUS price. It's a red Darth Vader prototype helment. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lego-Red-PROTOTYPE-Darth-Vader-Helmet-EXTREMELY-RARE-Minifigure-Star-Wars-Fig-/271172721731?pt=Building_Toys_US&hash=item3f23275c43
  12. Haha, yeah sorry about that. Sixty-nine dollars on box office weekend.. yep. About 5 people saw it, haha. But thank you for correcting me.
  13. The Nut Job was a flop, it got really bad reviews. There's no way it will beat The LEGO Movie.
  14. He was a black man w/ long dreadlocks. You ever seen him?
  15. No doubt LEGO sales will increase sharply due to the LEGO Movie. A lot of kids will go and see it and then get interested in LEGO. In fact, I went through a time where I wasn't that interested in LEGO, and the LEGO Movie brought me back. :D
  16. There was fairly good service at my store, with employees asking if I needed anything. It was only at the register that I recieved such bad service, like not wrapping my PAB or checking my BAM. I will most likely be going back in early March, so we'll see how it goes then. Thanks for the responses, guys!
  17. So, I went to a LEGO store today, and I was surprised how bad the service was. First of all, the cashier didn't wrap my PAB cup like he was supposed to. He also didn't check my BAM box to make sure I only got 15 pieces. So, what kind of service have you all got at LEGO stores? (By the way, I went to the one in Nashville, TN)
  18. I'm not working on anything at the moment, so I just filled mine with a little from each bin (although I did connect/stack them). This way, I have pieces to play around with if I get bored and backups in case I have a missing piece from a set. If I start a project though and need pieces that I don't already have, I'll go back or order from BrickLink.
  19. First of all, it looks nothing like a lego w/ the black stuff in it. And second, if it has sponge, it most likely isnt LEGO. As a matter of fact, if it isn't plastic it's most likely not LEGO..
  20. Hehe, I don't clean my collection. :P. I mainly just build and display, so other than dust they don't really get dirty. I just blow them off sometimes. If they really get bad dust, the simplest way to clean it is use a can of air. (Idk what it's called.) With small parts, I really dont feel safe using a sink or washer or anything like that.
  21. I also saw The LEGO Movie in the news for making $69 in it's opening weekend.
  22. I simply keep mine on shelves. I always thought that was the simplest way to store them while also showcasing them. EDIT: Just went to the LEGO store today, and after buying some more stuff (my shelves are basically full), I've had to start dispalying them on shelves, dressers, etc. I'm even putting my PAB cups on the floor untill I can purchase more shelves, tables, etc. Anyone know any good, cheap shelves?
  23. I would reccomend Star Wars and the LEGO MOVIE. Those are my favorite themes, but, you seem to like the City sets and for those I like the police stuff.
  24. Going to my local Lego store this Saturday, I'll try to get pics/info up then. Although, I probabally won't be able to get that much in it, as it's a 2 hour drive to the store and I'll be spending close to 4 hours in other stores, so I won't have time to pack the cup as good as I would like. Could you post pics of a large cup beside a small cup, I want to get an idea of the size difference.
  25. Today, I bought The Lego Movie Videogame. I got it from Wal-Mart too, so I got the DJ Robot minfig as a bonus, plus a nice cardboard outer case. :D Also, The Back to the Future set sounds interesting.. how much is it, I might pick it up.
