A THIEF!!!!! MY SMILIES ARE STOLEN!!!
jonfett replied to ApophisV's topic in Forum Information and Help
Hmm.. that is not right, I have seen lots of galleries before in which people have stolen images. I don't think they be able to get away with claiming that these are their own. We should hunt them all down! Or at least create a "haha we got you" smilie! Jon. -
Yes, there could have been more figures!! Like chewie, C3P0 in pieces and a whole load of stormies... DoubleT: I have just noticed.. where is the dueling section of cloud city gone??? I cannot see it on the picture. Jon.

:oo ... gotta go see this film!! Jon.

2004/2005 Hunting Star Wars Sets and availability
jonfett replied to DoubleT's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Thats why it is good to see sets like Final Duel and Jedi defense.. because then we can get figures and a small amount of pieces for a low price. Jon. -
That looks like a good range of minifigs... I'm surprised that there isn't more than one :/ The wookies will probably just be the same as the chewbacca fig and I'm pretty sure the spider droid will be made out of pieces like the destroyer droid was. Not really, the gunship came with over 6 figs and I am sure that this one will be the same size and price roughly. Perhaps this Luminara will have a big role in the next film. As there would be no point making a fig of a small character. I can't wait to see what some of these figures look like! Jon.

City & Knights Kingdom at ShopAtHome Europe
jonfett replied to DoubleT's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Hmmm... only the helicopter and fire station pics are working for me :/ None of the others are loading... But its good to finally see them, I hope I can buy some after christmas. Jon. -
Bye David.. I guess you have finally stepped over that line (which is very thick for Eurobricks.. unlike some other thin lined forums) As for the OT sets - Usually autumn sets are released in time for christmas so I guess we will see them around September time. Jon.

2004/2005 Hunting Star Wars Sets and availability

But have you seen how... *MEGABLOX* this set it??? http://www.brickset.com/search.aspx?Query=4721 I would cry if I bought it.. just ruins the HP line for me! It is too bright and way too many "strange" pieces. Jon. -
Perhaps we will get some of those really expensive re-chargable batteries which re-charge themselves.. of course, this will bunk the price up by about
-
Jar Jar: Hmm.. messa wonderin why theysa sendin messa to these place... AAAGGGGHHHHH!!!! *Roll the Credits* :P Jon.

Ooooh! Finally we will see Mace. I for one hope he comes without a saber.. I would be angry if he had one of those big stupid looking "things" in his hand. Jon. -
use the force... ;) IMO something like Brickmodders would have been better, these are inside the actual normal hilt and look just as good when lit. The brick built bilt looks too big and out of scale in the figd hand :/ Jon.

What is wrong with us UK'ers??? eh? And why did you say this??? ;) :P Good to see a new member though, welcome to Eurobricks. Jon.
-
General Jon, is your strike team assembled? Yep. Us Brits are ready to go. Jon.

That haven't been any major problems for me.. the only thing I would say is that sometimes the lego heads to indicate new posts are a bit slow to load. But that is usually when I viewing the site for the first time since I connected to the net, after that it is fine. I guess the problem I am having and John's are just due to our connections. Jon.
-
Not long to go now *satis* .. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas! Jon.
-
Well, the saber looks ok but it could be a bit better. Of course it looks fun but not very attractive. This is only darths though, maybe the others are different. Jon.
-
stop.. please stop!! STOP NOW!!! Remember, you are talking to people who spend all the money they have, and need for food and such, on Lego! Man, how long did that take you.. with 50% off? Jon.
-
Hey! Welcome to Eurobricks! It nice to see another Brit! Hope you enjoy it here. Jon.

*faints* :oo Jon.

Star Wars is harldy the brutal, @ss-kicking, orc-slaying, arrow-firing, sword-slashing, death-provoking film that Lotr is.. is it?? :P I don't know exactly what Lego's policy is, but I am sure that is why they didn't pick up the license. Also, another movie license for Lego might have been too expensive... plus Intelliblox got it up first! :| What a pile of sh.... Jon.
-
Aaaww.. :( I sure wish I worked for Lego. Orlego, does you store have a PaB? 50% off all pieces... :') Jon.
-
I think the real reason was Lego has a policy for no war/fighting based sets. So this rules out LOTR. I would have loved to see some a license for it though, the sets would have kicked @ss! But.. no sets means there is more room for us MOC builders! ;) (click on me!) Jon.

Nice stuff Apo! I like you alternate tie very much, the angle of the cockpit looks very good and I like inside the interior. You have made a nice start to the crib scene, I am am sure it will look great once you have filled it with people and animals.. maybe you can get some ideas from The Brick Testament Jon.
