I'm not singling you out but over the last few days alot of people have been dropping English and talking in their own. Man, it sure is confusing for people like me who have trouble speaking only 1 language! :P But nice, accurate poster! :) Jon.

What kind of models should we bring ?
jonfett replied to Jipay's topic in LEGO Events and User Groups
Good idea jipay.. so perhpas we sould all create a model which is relative to our site: Eurobricks? The we could display our own creations, to show how we are all different and display all our Eurobricks creations, to show that Eurobricks brings us together! :) Jon. -
It is still 11:00pm on 6th Feb in the UK, but according to Eurobricks time it is 7th Feb. So happy Birthday Mutley! Hope you feel older and wiser and have a great day! (maybe some Lego too! ;)) Jon.

I hope this is a sign of something new.. but if this is an old retail catalogue then it might have been sent out before the dino line was "supposedly" cancelled. But please keep us updated Mr Bionicle :) Jon.

Well hopefully it will be less than the Lego Inside Tour! ;) Jon.

2004/2005 Hunting Star Wars Sets and availability
jonfett replied to DoubleT's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Wait till you get the ISD, I think I am correct in saying you have to build one section 18 times!! :oo That is one of the reasons I do not have this set yet.. that plus the fact I don't have enough money! :P Jon. -
Joual: As DoubleT said we really didn't mean to be making jokes about FBTB. The only thing was that many members here were feeling a little annoyed at the way you were running the new forum. By no means are we trying to say that we dislike what you are doing, but you must understand that it is fustrating to see other members, who joined later than you, to be activated before you. Hope you can see why a few bad words were said and I can assure you that there will be no more "slagging off" FBTB here :) Jon.

I agree with what the other guys have said. The old body was too big and square whilst the new one is much more sleek as it is round. Also, the droid fighter head is a bit bulky compared to the vulture droid. Thanks for the pics DoubleT :) Jon.

But I am sure they would enjoy the comfort of a foot rest! ;) Jon.

What kind of models should we bring ?
jonfett replied to Jipay's topic in LEGO Events and User Groups
I agree with what John is saying, we should all bring different models to show that we have different building styles, and that we all like Lego for different reasons. Eurobricks is a general Lego site, we do not specialise in just Castle or Space, so we should show this by bringing a range of creations. If we all say what we plan to bring, then this can give us an idea of what the display will consist of. Jon. -
The reason for this, is that I deleted your other account Orlego.. so all members from about 198 onwards have one higher member no. than they should. And btw, it was me that gave joeroy his title :P Jon.

Those chairs look really good John! Now maybe you could try making a reclinable one with a foot rest? ;) Jon.

I had this problem with some Lego. I made 2 bricklink orders and I received one of them on a Saturday, so I knew I would not get the other till Monday. I had decided that I would wait until I had them both before I opened them.. but.. but.. the power of the brick defeated me :'( I had to open it.. I just had to! Man, Lego is so hard to resist! Jon.

So, this doesn't mean that they are not members. They have signed up to our site, so they are members to our site. Some of them could have been here alot longer than other members who are on 100 or 200 posts but maybe they decide not to post, they could just read the topics. Remember, everybody here is equal.. the admins, the mods, the members and the newbies, no matter how many posts we have. So perhaps we should encourage the no-posters to post, that is why we try to give every new member a warm welcome. Jon.

I would agree with everyone else to open the sets and build, play or do whatever the hell you want with them! ;) But if there are some sets you really want, then maybe you could buy 2 and keep 1 MISB and open the other. Jon.

It is very easy for me to resist that.. simply I don't have enough money for one! ;) Jon. -
hehe :P ..because then me and Apo joined! ;) Jon.

Also, I cannot see Lego buying another movie license.. because I am pretty sure they have not done too well with Harry Potter and Star Wars in the last few years. Btw, love you avatar Bloody Jay! Jon.

Good to see you here Redbean, hope you enjoy it in our community! :) Jon.

This is the best Command and Conquer style game I have played. Of course, I enjoy it mostly because I love LOTR, but the game style is still cool and much better than some C&C games I have played on. There are 2 campaigns: good or evil. Of course, good is fun as you can control heroes (which include the Fellowship and other main characters) seperately from other legions. But I prefer the evil campaign. It is so fun to create orcs from the pits, destroying rohan farms and I really just enjoy being bad! :-D I have defeated Helms Deep with the uruk-hai from Isenguard (which was very fun as well as inspiring for my helms depe model) and I am currently increasing my mordor and haradrim army to make an attack on Minas Tirith, which I can't wait for! *satis* I guess I could write a much more detailed review but if you really want to find out how good this game is, I would recommend buying it (then I will have more people to play online with ;)). Check out the website too - http://www.eagames.com/official/lordofther...th/us/index.jsp Jon.
