  1. Is there an updated way to add new parts to my LDD? I used to be able to follow the video below but there doesn't seem to be a "db.lif" file anywhere, anymore. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=plCmX3daJa0&list=WL&index=3&t=42s
  2. Is it possible to up the quality (poly-count?) on part number 32019 (Tyre dia.62 40x20), which I believe is an original LDD part? The custom tire 70490 (49.5 x 14) you guys added looks so much better in comparison. Great work and much appreciated as always. v/r Brian.
  3. Stephan, Thank you for replying. I use extended mode almost exclusively. I have 78 colors in my extended pallet as opposed to 55 in normal mode (if I counted correctly). Am I supposed to have more? I don't have any of the opal, glitter, drum coating, or speckle colors. I am also missing quite a few solid and transparent colors, such as Tr. Black IR and PC Black IR that I use a lot. Thanks, v/r Brian
  4. How do you add colors to LDD's paint tool so that all the colors as of 2022 show up on the color pallet? I have the file "Complete Color chart - 2022.lxf" and have to open every time I want one of the new (non-standard) colors, use the "color picker tool" in LDD to change the new color, and then color each brick individually instead of all at once based on my brick selection choice. I followed the below video, so all the new bricks show up in my LDD interface, but not the new colors. Thanks. v/r, Brian
  5. Stephan. Thank you for all your hard work on top of everything else you do. I'm really enjoying the parts without grooves you added for me. Thanks to everyone else as well.
  6. Stephan, Thanks so much, that's awesome.
  7. Is it possible to add part numbers 3070a (1X1 Tile without groove), 3069a (1X2 Tile without groove), and 3068a (2X2 Tile without groove)? They do not have grooves, which look so much better when used on top edges of models. A million thanks. They are in StudIO. 3070b, 3069b, and 3068b are the ones that have grooves in StudIO. In LDD they are just 3070, 3069, and 3068 respectively without the a and b designations. If there is a tutorial out there, I would love to contribute as I use LDD all the time.
  8. I ended up buying a 950 card to run separately (both installed in the tower) from my 1080 and installed current drivers off of Nvidia's website v385.xx and outline mode in LDD worked OK. Same driver, 385.xx gave my model "distorted sharp triangles" with my 1080. However, just last night I updated the driver to 386.xx and now both cards don't outline properly. I rolled the driver back and the 950 was working again. Next step is to try and figure out if there's an old enough driver for the 1080 that will fix this issue. Anyone find a driver or solution to the problem without having to run a VM.
