How could you!? Wicked man! General Grievous' starfighter is a good choice, the Midi-scale Imperial Star Destroyer is also an excellent one. The Battle for Endor is a GREAT set especially if you could find it at sale at Target or Toys R Us. Good luck and welcome to Eurobricks!

I own two of those and have done some research on the other two so here is my opinion: 7978 Angler Attack is the best choice for pieces, for new minifigures 7307 Flying Mummy Attack. The Flying Mummy Attack is really lacking in pieces, with only around 100 pieces. Barely worth $20, the mummies are the best part. Definitely not the V-Wing if you're big on accuracy.
