  1. Ah, I thought that it was a sort of thing that you need the host person to do it for you... *whistles*... never mind... Benji uses his Jo-no tree seed and gains the hastened effect, one Nostrum, one Mead, and one Potion! (does this mean that I will always have the hastened effect?) The quest is over, right?
  2. Yes it was. How clever of you to notice And you weren't the only one, it seems that Robbins here took my request seriously! (this is a moment where I wish I had Hinck's raised eyebrow emoticon) And Lt. Wright, I think we'd all appreciate it if you'd try to use more facial expressions to help us understand what your true intentions are - we wouldn't be wanting to vote you out, and then make me do all the laundry now would we?
  3. Personally... I haven't seen enough show of scumminess to make any accusations yet, so I would like respectfully ask all cultists to please start acting more scummy. Thank you!
  4. I've got a couple extra ones in my office - they come in bright pink and baby blue. I already gave one to Ensign Rockford. Who else wants one?
  5. Sandy, can I use my Jo-no Tree Seed now?
  6. "As there are no dentists on this ship, I feel the obligation to remind you all to brush your teeth TWICE per day, once after breakfast and once after dinner... and NO eating the toothpaste!? Toby Rockford, did you hear that!? No Toby, munching on the toothbrush is absolutely unacceptable!" "Thank you for listening, you're all dawls! " (don't worry, I won't be roleplaying once Day One comes up )
  7. Well why didn't you tell me before you gave me your "" in the Reviewers Academy!?
  8. Thanks everyone
  9. Damn, I didn't want to have a failed quest on my record! Why did you have to do that to me, Alexis and Althior EDIT: @Alexis - You owe me a grand potion. EDIT2: Am I able to use my Jo-no tree seed now, Sandy?
  10. "If we get in trouble for this, I hope you make sure to mention that I wasn't in favor of this plan."
  11. The Mandalorian Battle Pack is part of the 4th round of Star Wars battle packs, and in my opinion, one of the worst. Read on to find out why! Name: Mandalorian Battle Back Set Number: 7914 Number of Pieces: 68 Minifigs: 4 Theme: Star Wars Year Released: 2011 MSRP: $11.99 USD References: Bricklink - Brickset - Peeron - S@H The Box: The front of the box. Lots of explosions and lasers and stuff (nothing unusual ). It shows the four mandalorian warriors attacking some unshown enemies, presumably the clones in the other battle pack. The standard Captain Rex banner is at the top. The back of the box. Now we see the mandalorians fighting against the clone troopers. Also, the bottom-right shows the four minifigs, even though they are pretty much the same. The top of the box shows the Mandalorian figure. No big surprise. The Instructions: The instructions. They are pretty thin, I guess that for a $12 set you shouldn't expect anything thicker than that. It sports the same image as on the box cover. Here is a random page from the instructions. It has a grungy light gray background. There is no Darth Vader in the corner. Black and the two bley colors don't occur often in the set, and as there are so few pieces in the first place, there is no problem with that. The Pieces: Here are the pieces in the set. Less than 70 as you can see. Not very many for a $12 set, but oh well, what can we say about LEGO prices! There are a few nice pieces in this set, for example the blue cheese slope, the light bley double cheese slope, and that black equipment piece thing. There are no "new" pieces as far as I can tell. There are five extra parts, its nice to get another blue cheese slope The Build: First we build the E-Web blaster, not very difficult. This speeder appears to supposed to be the Balutar-class swoop as shown below: But they do not look very similar, and I think TLG did a very bad job on this speeder. If you compare the LEGO version to the "real" version, the proportions are way off. The front of the "real" version is a lot bigger than the back, which is not accurately enough conveyed in the LEGO version. The grill in the front of the speeder is not even attempted to be added into the LEGO version. I think the LEGO speeder could've had potential but LEGO blew it. Next we build the turret thing, very similar to the one in 7655, except not as good. I also own 7655, and I like that one much better. I'll compare below: There are three things in specific I don't like about the new "mandalorian" version compared to the old "clone" version. 1. There is no tile in the front, leaving a gap between the blue plate and the bottom dark bley plates. 2. The slopes on the sides of the turret station, they are not tall enough. There is too much of a gap between the top of the slopes and the mudguard piece. 3. The cone swivels uncontrollably and you can't get it to stay still!! So those are the reasons why I like the old version better than this one. The Set! Done already!? Wow, that was fast. Here's the completed set! Ratings: Playability: 9/10 - It is a fun little set, even if you didn't have the clone battle pack, it would still be fun to play with. Design: 6/10 - The design is pretty good, but it is quite weak in some areas such as the speeder, and the turret, oh well to be honest, everything! Price: 6/10 - 12 dollars for 60 pieces!?!?! Thats outrageous! Even if it has 4 mandalorians they are still charging way too much. Minifigures: 9/10 - The minifigures are awesome. I just wish they had back printing, and a special figure for Pre Vizsla, then I could give an 10/10 to the minifigures. Parts: 8/10 - We didn't get enough parts, like I've said earlier, but there are some nice (although basic) pieces in there. Overall: 38/50 or 76% - This is a nice set, but its main value is in the minifigures and not the rest of the set. Conclusion: We have discovered that this set is not really something that you would buy for the pieces, rather for the minifigures. Therefore, if you think that 4 minifigures, that happen to be the exact same, are worth $12, then pick this up. If you compare this set to the Collectable Figures series, then you might not think that is such a bad price. In conclusion, unless you really love the minifigures, or find it on sale, don't bother getting this set as it is too expensive and has barely any pieces. Thanks for reading my review! ~Flare
  12. "Why? WHY?! Because we shouldn't have listened to her in the first place! We would've been better off turning her in to the Cap'n instead of acting like renegades and stealing her off like that! Even if we get one of the artefacts back, it won't help please the Cap'n or the remaining 4 houses. Our job was to CAPTURE AND TURN IN Violetta, not to let her go in exchange for ONE of the artifacts."
  13. Great build Mood! I love all of it, but the ARF Trooper helmet is especially fantastic
  14. "I say we kill Violetta... she's the one who got us into all this trouble in the first place..."
  15. "Why'd we even listen to this blasted thief in the first place..."
  16. Reporting for duty! Now who here is ready for their annual checkup?
  17. "I still disagree with this, I don't think that the plan was for us to be giving Violetta back And if we're not even going to be getting all of the artefacts back then whats the point?" Benji whispers to Alexis: "What if this is a trap? If she's taking us to Ulric so that he will fight us, we'll lose..."
  18. "GUYS! Are you being serious about letting her free!? Are you crazy!? Our mission was to take her captive, and to stop her thefts, not take these gifts for ourselves... although I admit, they are quite valuable... but we shouldn't. We should finish our task... if we let her free we have no guarantee that we'll actually get our items in return."
  19. "Guys, we cannot do any bargain with her, she is a dangerous criminal and if we let her free she could just steal them back. I suggest we execute her immediately."
  20. "I think she should be executed before she gets a chance to escape, BUT not before a thorough briefing!" "So, Miss Violetta, maybe you could explain all the problems you've been causing"
  21. 1) Mafia History (of course) - I participated in the Witchbreed Mafia School, where I died Night One , and I also participated in the recent Jedi Temple Mafia where I survived until Day Six, when I was lynched 2) What is space (in your own words) - Its made up of three dimensions (I think), that's all I know (I think) 3) What is 2 + 2? Um... 4.
  22. Excellent review! Too bad you mixed up the fig heads
