I know this from my old sets, but is this still an issue with the newer ones? btw: thanks for the review.
-
Wow, I'm kind of jealous at the moment Looking forward for your review.

Pirate Survival (8397) Imperial Flagship (10210) and my first two series 2 minifigs: Ringmaster and Pharaoh

It's not about "I like" and "I don't like" - Scientology isn't a icecream. I don't see why this (dangerous) sect should be supported by an ad. That's why I started this thread.
-
I see. Thanks. I too believe in the freedom of speech, I'm pretty liberal. But for me tolerance ends where intolerance starts. To cancel such an ad wouldn't be censorship.
-
I know that advertising is very important (and I don't know how much influence the mod-team have on the ads for this page) but imo the Scientology-ad is a bit too much and this organisation really shouldn't be advertised for, espacially on a Lego-Website. What do you think?

I got 4 Troopers today, they look like the one one the picture, except that the chest isn't grey but black. Anyone knows of which set they are part of? I couldn't find any info on peeron or brickset. -
A very good review, thanks. Since I like the whole Hoth-theme (but I missed the Rebel base too and now it's very expensive), I'm looking forward to get this set.

Five series 1 minifigs, four snowtroopers and a few weapons.

REVIEW: 8684 LEGO Minifigures Series 2
Dr.Butcher replied to WhiteFang's topic in Special LEGO Themes
A really great review, thanks a lot. I'm looking forward to get all of these figures. 5 series 1 minifigures that i've missed, I ordered from bricklink. So at least the first series will be complete. Bad news, I hope there's another way to find out what's inside. It's pretty impossible (at least for me) to tell which figure is in a bag by just using the fingers -
battle on endor (8038) star wars - lexikon der figuren, raumschiffe und droiden (incl. the exclusive luke-minifig)

"Nightmare before Christmas" or "Corpse Bride" would be a nice theme. A bit spooky but also kidfriendly.

Stormtrooper prices @ Bricklink

Yes, sure. I just want to have a rough price range. I looked for the battlepack, but it seems I missed it. Thanks for your response. -
I want to build up a little army, but the figs are pretty pricy. What do you think would be a appropriate price for a single ST (sw188)?
-
bad news But thanks for the infos about the new sets.
-
I think that the price is ok, there're many pieces and the bridge has nice details and is well build.
-
Thanks for your very good review. The set looks great. I got the older one (6339) as a child, so this is like a reminiscence to these times.
-
No OT - no buy (but sure, these sets seem to be a must-have for fans of CW and NT). I'm looking forward for other 2011 sets.
-
It's looking very good, I like the deatils, sure the cab is a bit too big, but thats imo a minor issue. Also the pricing is in a very good range. Only problem: where should I place this huge set
