FYI, this was the most helpful piece of info yet... this should be in the directions. Thanks Andy! :) -
Discuss LDD Extended mode here

I officially can't find the 'Appdata' file... :/ (Thus, I can't find the correct preferences file and update it...) -
CONTEST: Design a Direct-To-Consumer (D2C) set

So.. Will we be deducted at all if we use placeholder 'figs? Like, a random ninja in place of a ninjago one? Or a waterbuffalo in place of a shark-man?? :p -
Four 'figs make the number four! I'm sure most of you could figure that out though..

Gorrila-Suit Guy is playing the leading role in the new King Kong movie! He just climbed a skyscraper to eat his giant banana in peace, and this is what he sees below. -
ThankyouThankyouThankyouThankyouThankyouThankyouThankyouThankyouThankyouThankyouThankyouThankyou!!!!!! It works! And there are SO many more possibilities! Probably a couple thousand times the amount of minifig pieces/prints they had before! Only weird thing is that they all start out red.. a little too much red in one place. (Yes, I know you can change the colors..)

As AdmiralRon said a page or so back, this is what I meant to ask: Can I have mulitple shots of my fig, with different hats/hair, and different clothing, etc. as long as the character stays the same?
-
Okay.. I still haven't gotten this to work. Here's what I've been doing: 1. I right-click on my LDD shortcut, and go to the 'file location' (which is actually under 'Program files' in my C drive, not under the 'Users/User-name' like you guys said. And I'm pretty sure this computer is Windows 7) 2. I click on 'preferences' to open it in a word processor. -Note: the only line currently there is 'Language=Eng' or something similar 3. I copy&paste 'Themeaccess=LEGOUniverse' in next to the other line 4. I try to save it. 5. It doesn't work!!! :(

Just double checking: we can have stuff change on the fig, like if they have hair and a hat, right? Can I take that further, as long as it's the same character?
-
I'm having similar issues as mobricki.. I found the file, I pasted in 'Themeaccess=LEGOUniverse' and hit save, then it said "access denied to: LDD" or something like that. And there's only one account on the computer, so it has to be administrator... EDIT: Wait, I think I know the problem.. I just don't know where to find the 'Folder Options' window. EDITEDIT: Ahah! Thanks to google, I found it! But it still says I have no access when I try to save it with the 'Themeaccess=LEGOUniverse' in there.. Just hafta ask, for everyone else, is the only thing in the 'preference' folder the 'language=en'?

Yeah, I figured I'd need to do some lessons or whatever.. Thnx.

Can I please join? I know they're not exactly new, but I want to do a special, Eurobrick official, review on the PoP sets seeing as I will have them all within a couple weeks or so. Depends on when my friend can get me the last one. (I also should probably rebuild all the others..) And I'd like to be able to do reviews on any new sets I might get.. (One thing, can you put up a review on a set that somebody else has reviewed?? Like if we have some different views or something?)

MAJOR EDIT: I figured instead this could just be a sub-Thread for Mythological MOCs, preferably centered around this basic Theme.. And I'll hopefully post some of my own stuff if I can use my sister's camera. Theme Name: Greek Myths Basic Description of Theme: Sets Based on ancient Greece, including mythological creatures 3-4 Basic Set Ideas within the Theme: Basically Centaurs, Fawns, and Greeks, vs. Minotaurs, Romans and maybe some other well known mythological creatures. Basic Age group for theme: Probably around 7-14 yrs. Also: I can imagine there being a three dollar type set with a Medusa, and a couple collectible sets of the 12 Olypians. So pretty much Percy Jackson except not modern..

Part 1: - Part name: Centaur Body - Part description: Exactly like a normal Lego horse, but instead of a head, put the two leg things.. similar to 'Brickforge' 's new piece. - Part usage: For Centaurs.. would be great for part of a Narnia or Percy Jackson Lego set. either would be cool with all the myhological creatures. Part 2: - Part name: Fawn/Satyr Legs - Part description: Two legs similar to peg legs, but detailed to look like the back legs of a goat, attached to a normal Lego waist - Part usage: In dark brown, with a male torso (no shirt, scarf), a dark brown bearded 'Rasco' face, and 'Mutt Williams' 's hair for a sweet Mr. Tumnus from Narnia Part 3: - Part name: Dagger - Part description: A Lego blade somewhere in dimension between a sword and a knife - Part usage: great for medieval era creations.. to give a bit of diversity between characters. Part 4: - Part name: Shield(s) - Part description: Some different shaped Lego Shields would be nice, again for diversity.. (different shapes and sizes) - Part usage: same as #3 Part 5: - Part name: 48x48 'Mountain Pass' baseplate - Part description: a 48x48 baseplate with raised mountain sections (raised sections on either side with a winding pass in the middle) - Part usage: an AWESOME battleground

My entry could be for almost any of the figs, but I chose in specific the robot for this. A haunted house!! http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/JTJ/MinifigContest/038.jpg This little ninja (a kid dressed up: no relation to the collectible fig) prefers the trick to the treat! http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/JTJ/MinifigContest/040.jpg And a link to a pic w/ the bot: Robot trick'or'treating ((Last contest I was disqualified for not resizing my pictures... do I have to do that on paint & then re-upload them to brickshelf?? or can I do that online??)) Edit by WhiteFang: Please resize these images on Paint and upload them to Brickshelf once more. Once you have done the resizing, please pm me. Thanks.
