It were probably an test run for the Friends theme, since it's coming out this year =) I took this picture in the City layout from TLG at LEGO World Copenhagen this weekend.

Nah. The Green train is 10219 Maersk train in green without any other stickers than the 10219 ;) Cool It's on the back side. The hospital is also confirmed but thats old news.

Is that 1x2 brick modified with 1 stud on side holding those two 1x1 round tiles ond the 2nd floor (3th/top floor)? Proberly a 1x2 technic brick =( And it seems like 1x8 bricks on the side wall, not confirmed though.
