After laying on the shelf for more then a year I finally got around to build it today. Great build and beautifull ship. Glad I bought it (should have bought more). I also bought around 20 sets of the cannon battle 2 year ago for the extra cannons (were in a discount box for Euro 2,50)

Also just ordered the 9500 set from Amazon.es for Euro 76,30 incl shipping. Thnx for the info.

Beautiful model could have been made by Lego. The mechanism of the landing gear is brilliant! great job.

Looking good! But I doubt that Lego will release an official Star Wars Chess set. You pay like 15 Euro for a battle pack with 4 simple minifigs. A Chess set will need 32 and at least the "King" and "Queen" need to be something special. So I guess the set will too expensive to sell. Also the chess set will make the need to buy sets for minifigs less interesting. Just my 2cents.

One look at this MOC and you know right away what scene is showed, epic!

That has nothing to do with IE, just a local problem on that specific PC.

Got my sealed box of series 3 last monday and found that I had 2 complete series from it. Got 3 Elfs and 4 Samurai's (In total) out of it so that is great.

The MOC is hilarious, eps the last shot of Palpatine and Vader together.

I highly doubdt this will be a mainstream problem. It would mean there is a serious problem with the quality control system of lego and I don't think thats the case.

Because I'm working on a big SW MOC I thought it would be wise to get into LDD and get an idea of the model I want to make. I have come across 2 little problems : 1) Can I use a PAN function (like in AutoCAD) so I can move the model to the left/right/up and down ? (Now it always try to center the model) 2) How do I place sliding doors on tiles ? (photo below to make it clear what I mean)

Thanks for the review! Not my thing this set but Shaak Ti is super, not worth to buy the set so I bought the MF on ebay.
