  1. It really looks like a martian settlement; the solar pannels, furniture, but mostly the red/orange sand. love it! Kinda miss the 'danger, danger' robot though.
  2. Nice now we just have to attach the hammer to an icon. :) Btw, if you backtrack the url you come into an open dir. So you might want to look into this.
  3. I just like the fact that they look like minifig heads... Maybe we could make a 'Hinckley' special, which looks like his avatar; 'The Almighty Ban Hammer'.
  4. 'vassal' explains it all...
  5. Thanks. Black is hard to photograph; not all angles work out, some parts just look better irl.
  6. A minute ago I bought 7913 Clone Trooper Battle Pack; only for the parts for a hoverbike I'm working on. Yay for orange!
  7. Very sleek front end, love those 'windows' you've used. The backend has some nice lines as well. But I think the sides need some more attention, they look rather dull and flat compared to the rest.
  8. Nice build. I digg how you used that airplane wheel holder piece, great work!
  9. Thanks all! They are all intact, each on a stand, hovering around...
  10. Had this bike laying around for some time, but didn't really have any ideas except for the front. Until past week; beside that song being an influence for this bike, I couldn't help notice all these kind of 'retro' scooters riding around. So I tried some similar shaping. Too bad they don't have wings and hover in real life... Rush; a hoverbike inspired by 'Dirty Penny - Midnight Ride'. FlickR Gallery Comments and critisiscm welcome.
  11. Also a nice idea for a gnome. http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=90398pb01
  12. I'd say... They are available in multiple colors. http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=90398
  13. ...I'm on a midnight ride, riding with the deviiiillllll!
  14. Thanks mate, glad to see you like it. The wings> *click* Guntips> *click*
  15. I agree. When will the voting start?
  16. Haha, I hardly see myself as an master bike builder, I just like building hoverbikes. Although I'm not a big SW fan, this bike actually started out as a build for this contest, than gradually turned into a blacktron I bike. Took some pic's and uploaded it, but it just didn't look right, so I decided to change it yet again. I wanted to use those bionicle wings, but never got around to it until now. Btw, is it possible/against the rules to post this in the scifi section as well? Since I'm most active there.
  17. Awesome work, love the swooshable style!
  18. The seat does it all for me! very nice work on those engine pods btw.
  19. Skip Trace a bountyhunter/mercenary for hire. His gravity resistant vehicle features oldschool air intake turbines, medium range communications, forcefield generator, two laser pulse cannons, but is mostly known for it's agility and high velocity. Inspired by '80's/90's cartoons'. FlickR Gallery Funfact: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skiptrace Comments and critisiscm welcome.
  20. I thought it would give some sort of creepy 50's alien invasion tune... Is there a 'deathray' sound as well?
  21. I like the concept. But I would suggest making it smaller, more handable. And maybe use some sort of plating for the body, so that there is less 'air'.
  22. Agreed, love the use of the forklift part, well done!
  23. Haha, a roughneck is actually a slang term for a person whose occupation is hard-manual labour. I really like ST as well though, 'Rico's Roughneck!'. The old BSG was before my time, maybe I'll watch some ep's to see what it's like.
  24. Haha. He build his truck by using scrapped parts, but couldn't pick up any chicks... So he pimped his ride.
  25. Thanks all! I just love to use the oldschool motorcycle, new motorcycle or atv body. Can't seem to keep my hand off them.
