Nope. It's the claw-thingies used for robot hands with Exo-Force and the new collectible Robot Minifig along with that t-shaped technic/pneumatic piece they used for the shields with the Viking theme. (Yeah an around the world explanaition, but the part names escape me right now) At least that's how it looks to me

Your MF looks a lot like this one: Removing the 1x6 plates is a very very very minor modification and alteration. I would do a brand new one if I were you, but still it's not the 'real' set and it's allowed as an entry. Some people might not vote for this entry though, because they might think you're too close to the original. Noone's forcing you to participate and comments like that come off rude to me. Really impressive. I love the darkness of it. Making a MOC with soo much black is difficult, since black has a tendency to smudge the details, but you've managed to pull through and you've nailed this scene pretty well.
