  1. I really like the use of trans-green cheese slopes for leaves. Plus the logs in a SNOT design makes a really cool "floor" or "treetop base". Thanks for sharing
  2. Nice, real nice. A little late but still:
  3. Thanks, but that info has been in the very first post of this topic for a while by now. Plus I do believe some prelims have been floating around the net of that specific advent calendar. Thanks for sharing though - remember next time to check the first post before posting
  4. Let's welcome our newest blogger: Fallenangel
  5. Most likely not until I get settled in at my new home. Plus I need a job - so I'm kinda busy right now. I do promise to whip something up early Spring - hopefully with great prizes.
  6. No problem
  7. ?? You drunk or someone hijacked your account to post the same thing an hour later?
  8. Yeah it puzzles me too. Perhaps they've just missed that this is the contest sub forum and MOCs posted here are generally outdated pretty fast? Or it could be that they're bumping their post count and that puts them in a very very very different scope of mine
  9. That's it! Now I have to get the entire Friends line just because you did a great and hilarious review. Damn you!
  10. So today our blog celebrates it's first birthday. Exactly one year ago I launched the blog www.eurobricksstarwarsforum.com The past year has been quite good and the blog's stats are as follows: Total Views January 4,698 February 3,531 March 5,992 April 7,733 May 8,839 June 9,750 July 7,927 August 8,953 September 10,975 October 16,354 November 16,959 December 23,163 Total 2011: 124,874 Thanks to all our readers for making it worth it to write and maintain the blog. Given the growing success and the hard efforts of our three prime bloggers, I've decided to purchase another year - so the blog lives until January 2nd 2013 (at least). We hope you enjoy the blog and the highlights we bring there. We try our best to bring the interesting stuff from our forum there for easy spotting, but also Star Wars related info from other blogs and brands is supposed to pop up from time to time. Do let us know if you have any ideas and feedback on the job done so far and in the future.
  11. Sayonara prick!

  12. Drivers lineup update http://www.planetf1.com/news/3213/7384361/Only-Two-Seats-Still-Available
  13. C'mon Halo, you can do better pics than that
  14. When did you build this? A handful of years ago? It's more dusty than anything in my home One word "Eeeeeeew!"
  15. Looks like a lot of seats got filled the past days while I was moving. I'll update the drivers' list in a day or so.
  16. Because I usually go with the catergories used on BL.
  17. Perhaps I should just write "CW or ROTS depending on what you prefer"?
  18. Since when did TLG produce an ROTS set? 9494 is made for the CW at least as far as I know.
  19. ROFL - I do? Actually I normally wear dark olive pants from Bergans Or my black Kansas or my classic Fjällräven... So dark gray is not really my "normals" Good pic though - not that I fear that short green fella at all! I've got me a bunch of Siths to help me out Keep'em comin'
  20. Indeed. Please refrain from such posting around here..
  21. Oooh Grosjean is to have the second seat at Renault I guess all those Russian investors couldn't keep up with the amount of money Kimi is bringing? (From autosport.com And Senna bears no grudge - yeah right I'm sure we'll be seeing more of him. I guess I'll have to update the drivers lineup in the first post. Oh yeah, there's new rules coming too Link And quoted: Should be interesting to follow.
  22. So technically this isn't finished? You meant it to be different, but in order to flash it, you had to compromise the overall look and quality?
  23. I'm sorry but to me it looks more like you ran out of parts and made up some odd story about sandstone and battle damage? The techinc bricks with pin holes look really misplaced, the bricks aren't even firmly pushed together and all in all this looks like a "play-build". It might be funny to play with, but it certainly lacks detail and commitment. A good MOC is NOT build in a split second. I don't consider myself a MOC'er at all - I have build a diorama or two though and they were mediocre at best - but they still took me "forever" to make. So please - tuck in that shirt and put a little more effort in it. Check the MOC index for inspiration - I am not asking you to build like Aliencat or Derfel, just step it up a bit or more.
