Sorry, but Brickipedia gets it's confirmation from the same place as us on the Summer sets. The kiddiwinkz page and the rest of the sets have confirmation notes linking to EB. I know the official release of the January wave in Denmark and Germany is the 16th or 18th of December. It's allowed and probably to make more money on Christmas sales.

Probably because they're "Special Edition" meaning TRU Exclusives in the US and other toystore chains around the world. That could be the reason, plus I think we might not see them released until February or March unlike the January wave which will be prematurely released in December (as usual ).

Aaaaah! I'm sorry, I misunderstood you then. I agree the price is a little too much, but that's the price of having licensed stuff - not much we can do about it and it doesn't influence the sets or direction of the theme that much in my opinion.

Wow, thanks for the rant. We are looking for something less aggressive and less hateful towards license and especially Star Wars. This isn't meant as a topic for flaming Star Wars, it's a discussion for those of us that actually like LEGO Star Wars. The idea is to discuss the direction of the LEGO Star Wars theme in general and wether or not we like it. Not to flame prices and such. 10 Lukeys?! Why or how would such a thing happen in 2010 unless you buy multiples of Luke's Landspeeder?

How about you clean up this post and add a picture of your selection of custom figs? Plus trun this into a proper review on the individual figs and I'll add it to the review index as well.
