  1. So all we know now is North America & Germany.
  2. Start out with simple colour sorting. When he becomes the master of colour-sorting, then you could sit down a talk about/learn him the different types of bricks. Then design a system with him. A system that fits his sorting and recognition skills. And as time passes by you can always expand the system. I think the main issue is that he's able to understand and agrees with whatever system you decide to use for sorting. Just my idea/thoughts.
  3. Sadly that wasn't the original price. It was either a mistake or a release stunt.

    Hello

Welcome to Eurobricks. No need to pack away your precious lego for a kid. I live in a 3-room appartment and I've managed to persuaded the Mrs that I need a bookcase for my lego and also having models and WIPs is ok. Even my soon-to-be-2-years-old daughter is on. "Daddy's bricks" refers to my system lego and "Ida's bricks" refers to her Duplo bricks. She even brings me the bricks I've dropped or lost around the appartment. Always good to have another AFOL on board, especially one that likes Star Wars, Classic Space and Castle.
  5. Welcome Chris.
  6. Welcome to Eurobricks. Star Wars sets from 1998?! Which are those, or did you mean 1999? (Yes this is a trick question)
  7. Welcome to Eurobricks. I think I've done a few deals with your shop.
  8. Welcome legokuate. I hope you find our little community pleasant.
  9. If you read the review on 8017 Vader's Tie by Ras, you'll see that there's the same Darth in the set as the one in the 10188 Death Star. So sadly this special edition Vader wont be part of the set. Intel says that he's bound to show up in 10000 random sets (not Battle Packs) in North America next season. We're still in the dark about the rest of the world. Oh yeah and welcome to Eurobricks. Hardcore or non-hardcore fan, everyone is welcome around here.
  10. Discussing which is the best space station ever, never goes out of fashion. Personally I like the classic 493 best. It's the only one with a posssibility of the commander saying: "on screen". 6970 has the same screen I know, but still 493 gets my vote. Small and perfect for a space station
  11. You what now at who? Good spotting, that's hilariously well done.
  12. I was pretty sure this wasn't ever released in any way. But let's not get into the discussion on wether they were as promotionals or not. Perhaps you could post pics of the polybags or boxes? Personally I've just recieved the bricks for both sets, all I need now is to print the instructions. So without box or polybag pictures, I call your bluff
  13. If you're posting a review and doesn't have the ability to post it with a poll. Then a moderator or admin normally adds it for you. Simply state in your review that you'd like a poll added.
  14. Yes... No of course it's not fake. Did you even look at the pics? Would you even consider questioning the sincerity of CopMike and Ras? It's just another example of TLG's offices in different countries not knowing what each other does. As written earlier, another LEGO rep. answers that this fig will be randomly inserted into 10000 sets in Northern America. That doesn't exactly make it fake, does it?
  15. Welcome Darth Cadus to Eurobricks. I've have no idea about availability in the US and such a question is best answered in the pinned topic on set availability. I'll repost the question for you there.
  16. From what I could find out, then the team has got a few interested investors, who might buy the team and the drivers. But as usual we'll just have to wait and see. Also I've read an article in which Alonso states that if the new engine rule (one manufaturer from 2010) becomes reality then he'll leave the sport and apparently a lot of drivers feel the same way. Massa has come with a similar comment a few weeks back. Is this the beginning of the end for Formula1 racing?
  17. Wauw, that's one stunning MOC. You've added so much detail, that I'll be stuck in that brickshelf folder of yours for hours. Luckily I have to sleep now and wont have the time until tomorrow. Thanks for sharing
  18. I did say "normally" didn't I? But now you're spamming, arent you? And if you are, then so must I be in answering your post. I'd better stop this here.
  19. Kidding? I haven't got a sense of humor, so that wouldn't do any good.
  20. I gave it an average. The wizard is useless to me (I never fancied men with fairy sticks) But the brown corner wall panels are awesome. Some good bricks and without the hat and beard the minifig can be used as a regular civilian. Thanks for reviewing this - I've added it to the index.
  21. Added zorro3999's review of 6020 Magic Shop 6020 Magic Shop
  22. My guess is that we're going to see 3 new impulse sets and 6 or 7 regular sets. No more than that. Remember that we're also getting the 10193 set next year and that makes it count for 1 castle set anno 2009.
  23. Normally I'd think of such a comments as spam. But since this is a comment to the work of Rook, I have to agree Indexed as the rest of your MOCs have been
  24. Indexed. Now I am sure more Steampunk Star Wars MOCs are out there. Feel free to share them. Also I've heard that some members experience in making Castle and Star Wars collide in MOCs. By all means do share your work with us
