Perhaps. You could also walk into your local supermarket and shove candy into your pants and then leave. Licensed parts are almost impossible to get. And they wouldn't believe that you've lost or never recieved an entire minifig in a set. It's a service, not a bunch of semi-intelligent badgers

Enough of the price yaggin'. You can't convert EUR to USD. The EUR price is more a 1 to 1 conversion from the USD price. The battle packs for example are 10 USD, but 13.99 EUR, which is 18-20 USD.
