I unpinned this to get a spot for the Star Wars Sets Anyone?-topic. There's been a lot of chit chat on pricing and availability in the Rumor & Picture topic, so I decided to pin the other topic for them to rant in. I hope that'll leave a more clear and news oriented discussion in the 2010 topic. If not, then someone has to pay and there's always the closed news topic which we try to keep updated at all times.

And I agree with sok on this. It was a mistake to post that picture and thus kinda hijacking this topic. Keep comments solely on the moc in the first post. There will be a topic for that diorama of mine later when I'm done. "Keep MOCing!"

Since it apparently is imperative to a lot of members that prices and availability is to be commented on, then I've decided to pin this topic. Now it should be easier to find that place to post your concerns on pricing, limited editions, availability and stuff like that.

Too late. I've moved the useless posts on availability and prices out of this topic. Please people - read back a few pages and consider what's been posted. I'm getting annoyed at asking you NOT TO COMMENT ON PRICES AND AVAILABILITY IN THIS TOPIC. That has nothing to do with news, rumors and pictures and thus it doesn't belong here. Feel free to discuss such concerns in this topic: LINK Not please don't make me say this again. Perhaps throwing people in a dark place to contemplate what they post might be a solution? (that was a rhetorical question not to be answered)

Titles and Tags are handed out by the staff. Titles are given as jokes or something like that - and the best way to get them is by not asking for one. Tags are given as rewards for either winning contests, completing courses in the Reviewers Academy or for simply just being a great MOC'er or customizer.

And yoy've done very well Great diorama, it looks... well... almost real. Agreed. Where's the rest of it?

Yeah, perhaps one should just order Bariss off BL instead and spend the rest on more battle packs. The Swamp Speeder isn't that great and we're only buying it to get her after all.

You've spend an hour on this? Is this a Work In Progress? Or do you intend to build/modify it further? To me it looks like a black wall, some baseplates and a bunch of walkers. It's a good start, but you definately need more. One hour is nothing when making MOCs. May I suggest some kind of floor, skipping some of the walkers and divide that hangar/base into a parking zone; a workshop and some quarters for the troops? Personally I've been working on this for 10 hours or so and I'm still far from done. snip It takes time, but with some effort You'll do just fine.

And I just wish that people would stop commenting on prices in this topic. C'mon people - this is a global site and prices are different all over. Eventhough it seems that our US members are extremely keen on whining about prices (no offense meant), which is odd given that their prices are half the rest of the World. See what I am getting at here? Leave it - discuss prices and availability in the topic dedicated to that and leave news and rumors in this. "Stay On Target!"

Yeah adding to the conversation in an old topic is acceptable. But reviving very old dead topics isn't really welcome. It's a thin line between right and wrong and it takes a while to find it. Commenting on something a member said years ago isn't really fair as that member may not be here anymore, nor does the member neccesarily have that opinion anymore. So think people before you blow life into old topics.
