  1. I wouldn't go that far. And be careful not to offend other members with such a statement that their discussion is ridiculous For a lot of members the difference between Clone Wars and regular Star Wars is very important. Some collect both, some refuse to collect Clone Wars and so forth. Personally I've got no problem with Clone Wars. I'd never include them in a Star Wars MOC though, as I find the heads a little too different from the regular system prints. But then again I've already got the figs as regular system Star Wars figs, so I wouldn't need to. And the Viceroy and other 'special' characters from CW really look like system, so they'd fit in nicely, the clones wear helmets and so on.
  2. Well, if the print could be removed without hurting the chrome, then I see plenty of non-SW useabilities. Just like Robban did by covering the print with a plate mail. I wouldn't go as far as to use it for a Star Wars MOC as a fig. Perhaps as some kind of statue, but definately not as a fig. It's too... well... chromish
  3. Done
  4. And because of those, I had to shop me 3 dinos on BL
  5. Nope, not really Just thought it would be better to get it out of the 2010 Rumor & Picture topic.
  6. Agreed. Stay cool, they've just had trouble making enough of the 2010 January wave sets. Most places were sold out pretty fast, so I guess this set is "on hold", but it'll be back. In fact I believe this set will be available for as long as the 10178 Motorized AT-AT has. Don't panic.
  7. Certainly not here. I've made a topic for that discussion. Clone Wars or ROTS? Rounded or Straight, Which torso do you prefer on your SW figs? Go here to discuss torsos and their look.
  8. At some point TLG switched from having rounded edges on the "shoulders" of the torsos. They now produce "square" torsos like this: Discuss here please. I know this isn't a "sole" Star Wars issue, but it was brought up in the 2010 Rumor & Picture topic, so it seems that some members would like a discussion on this. Keep it clean and "Stay On Target!"
  9. In the 2010 Rumor & Picture topic a lot of members have been discussing where to "put" sets like Swamp Speeder & ARC-170 Fighter. TLG lists them as Clone Wars sets, but some members argue that they (the minifigs) having "regular" face prints aren't. The lack of "animated" looks, makes them ROTS as in regular system LEGO Star Wars. What's your thoughts on this? Please keep the discussion clean.
