Yeah I fully agree. Thanks for clearing up the story on UCS and Exclusives, I've been meaning to do that myself, but you do it much better. It's really a mixup with the exclusive numbers and UCS sets all in one I recall that UCS used to be printed on the box if the set was considered such. Are you sure? ...oh wait... the figs are even depicted in the first post. I guess we need to promote the info in the first post much more than we already do. (which is hereby done)

That's because the Swamp Speeder was a surprise limited edition release that wasn't on the first list posted. I believe the minifigs included in Cad Bane's speeder are also described in the first post. But at 50 USD it seems a little too small for my taste...

I'm guessing this will be the same story as the Chrome Darth Vaders and Chrome Stormtroopers. It'll be handed out at events, part of special sale offers and stuff like that.
